      Independent Bank is a joke! Used to have good customer service and actually seemed to care about your customers, now all your about is being greedy and charging fee's and making sure that you make it as difficult and arduous to do what should otherwise be seemingly easy tasks. You are by far the most worthless and useless financial institution and have nothing good to say, both personally and professionally Independent Bank has shown time and again how much of a failure a bank can be. Not that I expect them to read this, but should someone at IB actually take the time to read this, I hope you realize how much a failure you have been to not just me but to many people, after you switched to this new system. Never even really informed me about how the changes were going to affect me (and other customers). Best advice stay away from them!

      Have banked with a few other institutions local and national, independent is the best bank by far that I have ever dealt with, always friendly and smiles from all who work there!

      I left this bank years ago when they kept 'erroneously' mailing my statements to my parent's house, though I had moved years before. Unfortunately I had to visit this location on a Friday to conduct some business. They had closed the lobby due to Covid, which I understand, but the Cars were lined up around the building out to the side street. When I finally reached the teller, there was only one clerk working both drive up lanes alone. I saw at least 6 other employees just standing around inside doing "nothing". If your going to close the lobby then at least staff the drive thru. The teller apologized for my long wait over 30 min, but I told her that maybe some of the ladies behind you can do something... Where is the Manager? The other ladies looked like they were having a party... I feel bad for Anyone who has to bank at this location, the management obviously hires family to 'Work' here as the service is slower than at any bank I've ever been to.

      We loved the potterville branch but the charlotte one is horrible. After 10 years of banking with them we are switching.

      I really like this bank. I have been with them for a few years now. I wouldn't change to any other bank. Very kind people.

      The worst bank I have ever dealt with. Horrid customer service and nasty attitudes.

      They like to nickel and dime you in any way they can, and smile sarcastically and laugh at you when you try to understand what fees they wrongfully charged to your account and why.
