  If I could give Rick 7 stars, I would! They were always on top of everything that needed to be done, and making sure we were up to date. Buying a house in this market is brutal, but Rick made sure we were set up to succeed. If it hadn't been for a glitch in the IRS systems, we would have been able to close in less than 3 weeks. Despite the issues with the IRS he made sure that our loan funded and we could close on time. Along the way on our year long journey, I could always come to him with questions, and he would patiently explain until I understood. We felt seen and understood as people, not just a file. Hands down I plan to work with Rick every time I buy a house from now on, and I don't know what I'll do when he retires.

  Rick made the refinance process so easy, and he explained in detail all of our options along the way. We are so happy to now be in a 20 year loan at a historically low rate, which will save us tens of thousands of dollars! We highly recommend having Rick do any analysis for you to see if it would benefit you to refinance. Rick will be honest with you!

  Rick Geary and his team have helped me refinance my home loan a couple of times over the years. In both instances, the entire process was nothing but fantastic. Rick is always able to find great deals, and make things as hassle free as possible. And on top of everything, he and his team are just great people to work with. I wouldn't hesitate to have him help me out the next time I need to refinance. Just based on my experience, I'm sure the rest of the services he provides are just as good.

  I recently had the pleasure of working with Rick Geary again. I have used Rick a number of time's. There is a reason for that. Rick is professional and really understand's the mortgage business. Rick and his team kept me up to date on all aspect's so I wasn't blind sided and afforded me the best possible rate at the time. I have told friends of mine about Rick and they also have used him because of his professional and courteous manner. Rick even monitor's the loan after funding in case he could save you money. I appreciate the personal attention Rick has afforded me and believe that he makes getting a mortgage loan understandable.

  I was totally against doing another refi but my husband insisted. Said this time he was referred to "the best" and it would be "faster & easier" to which I sighed out loud in frustration. But we started the process anyway and I was amazed at how simple it was. Just had to email a few required documents and we were off to the races. Rick kept in constant contact with us and had our new rate within a week. He answered all of our emailed questions no matter what time of day it was. It's like the man never sleeps! And within a few weeks, we were signing documents for our new refi. It's almost like we blinked and the process was done! Rick Geary was the best referral we've ever received! He was always available to answer questions, he worked extremely fast & accurately, he followed thru with what was quoted, and he didn't ask for much.
