So this location is hands down the worst place to do banking. Customer service is a joke. I watched Bill Said a VP of something or other turned customer after customer away without providing an ounce of help. He made up excuses and was super condescending even when people Had made appointments. He offered no help to a veteran who was seeking a notary and a person who had her purse and all her is stolen. He simple told them we have no appointments today. Go online. He is without a doubt the most incompetent VP I have come across. BoA listen to these reviews. !!

We used this branch of BOA for over 15 years. We mainly dealt with Roxanne as she was the only person who always went out of her way to assist. Apparently she is leaving this branch this week. What a disappointment! Will have to find another branch or bank as this one without her is just terrible! Thanks Roxanne, so sorry you are leaving!!

This branch is CLOSED without notification. I was here on Tuesday, the branch was closed. I checked their website and google, it says they had adjusted lobby hours due to COVID, and this branch should open on Thursday. Now here I am on Thursday, still closed. Google Business update says it should be open right now. No notice on the door. Actually according to branch hours on the door they should be open. Multiple customers tried to open the door (last time too). Some of them said they came from other branches because those were closed, and the website says this one should be open… what a mess. I also bank with Wells Fargo and Chase. No other bank is doing this. Its ridiculous. I hope BOA knows that when it comes to consumer banking, we have options.

I wouldn't ever bank with BofA. I love Wells. I tried to get some accounts closed for my mother after she passed. If you do have to use this branch for any reason make sure you write down the names of people you speak with on the banking side. They make phantom appointments for you, make promises they don't keep, and will lose your documents. It's unreal.

Tellers and branch manager are extremely helpful and friendly. Bankers not so much. I have dealt with Nolan today and the banker in the third office. They were both extremely rude almost abusive. Will definitely file a report with their corporate office after Roberto returns my call.

I showed up to this location of Bank of America at 8:20 to wait for them to open. Our accounts had been hacked and we needed to figure out what to do as soon as possible. I was the first one here. Everyone else got helped first and they told me I should of called customer service and the fraudulent department which I did the night before and they told me to come in. No one was willing to help us and they said we had to wait for a long time for someone to help. This was a very urgent and important situation and no one cared or tried to hurry up the process.

Kind & helpful staff... when they’re there. This location seems to close whenever they feel like it. They changed their COVID hours, closing an hour early every day and have kept the them this way for nearly a year now (no postage signage btw stating this). I go in today, and there’s about 8-10 people waiting to use the ATM. They should be open!! It’s 3:30 on a weekday and CLOSED. This is a disservice to your clients.

If you can use another branch, then do it. This is, hands down, the worst Bank of America I have ever visited. It is nearest my house, so I gave it a few tries, but no more. I have had four different terrible experiences there, but I will only describe the worst. Went there to replace a debit card, nice an easy. I waited no less than a full hour. Mind you, there was only one person in line ahead of me. But the one and only banker on staff decided he wanted to flirt with his customer. For more than 30 minutes I sat there and listened to him flirt with this customer. She clearly just wanted to get out of there, yet he would not let her leave. Then he completely messed up what I asked him to do. Bank of America is the worst of the major banks, and this branch is the worst I've been to. In the process of moving everything elsewhere.

One of the WORST BofA locations employee and management I have seen. Nolan and Roberto Perez the manager should quit immidiatly and find a diffrent job. They refused to give my money because I had a temporary driver's license even though I had ALL valid documents with picture ID. It's companies like this that hire incompetent employees that push away customers from ever doing business with them.
