  I had a great refinancing experience with Generation Lending. Zach Neeland "rescued" me from a horribly slow re finance process that I had got bogged down in, with another company. It was taking MONTHS and also not even a good rate. Zach wisked in, we closed in about 30 days and got me an amazing 2.99% rate, saving me a good chunk of change each month. This included rolling in Parent Plus School loans, so I am very grateful and would recommend them highly. Very professional, timely, responsive, courteous and considerate of my time. Thank you.

  Logan Raleigh couldn’t have been more accommodating, patient, and helpful for my first cash out refinance. Not knowing anything about the process going into it he helped me understand what and how everything is determined and why. Then took me through many possibilities of how to best proceed. So thankful for all his help!

  I had applied for a home refi at large lender. When I received a phone call from Generation Lending's Logan I was impressed by his sincerity and good things to say about dealing with his company which is local. I was especially interested as the other company's reputation was for a slow process to close being overwhelmed by the volume of applications. I had a bigger need to close sooner and Logan promised me a much faster closing. He also discussed he worked with the loan processor, Lauren, at the next desk over so there were always two people available for help. I found this to be true and am impressed with how helpful and quickly they got back to me. With the other company, when I tried to contact the loan processor with a question I never heard back. I found it easy to back out of the other application with one exception. I called the Loan Officer I originally dealt with to cancel. I asked him if I needed to write a letter as follow-up and he told me he would take care of it. Well he never did and that caused me some minor issues that I was able to deal with. Everything that Logan committed to came through, great follow-up, answered all my questions and we closed in the time frame he had indicated they could meet. They both made the process relatively painless and smooth. I have done many re-fi's in the past and I think this was the best. You can put your trust in them and the company they represent.

  Everyone says 'my guy is the best' when it comes to lending. I have performed countless real estate lending transactions, none of which were overly impressive until NOW. I can honestly say that Kevin and his team ARE THE BEST. I have referred Generation Lending to several friends, and they all shared the same thoughts. Its rare to find a company that cares so much and actually puts the customer first the entire time. Closing was on time and as expected. No funny business, no games, no drama. My rate is so good I will likely never refi again, but we will surely use Kevin and his team on any new loans.

  By far my best experience working with a lender! Zack took care of us really well - super responsive, communicated everything upfront so we knew what to expect, and our entire process (from the initial meeting to funding) was well under 30 days and blew my expectations out of the water. Can't recommend more highly!

  I was a sceptic, to say the least! I filled out one of those online questioners to "just see" what interest rate I could get. I was at a 4%, which isn't terrible but lets be real, I was seeing rates under 3% and even under 2%!! I thought, I can use that extra money!! So, I kid you not, I got probably 100 calls from various Lending companies. It became a super annoyance! However, I tried to be polite and listen. Zack Neelands from Generation Lending happen to be of these calls. For some reason he seemed like less pressure, or kinder or maybe authentic. Not really trying to sell as much as educate. He was so patient with me and my serious issue of not trusting and being afraid of my identity being compromised. After only a few hours of gathering information, wheels were rolling! He took me step by step through this process! I was approved for the loan within just a few short weeks and I had everything wrapped up and received some cash and a rate of 2.375% for a 15 year fixed! And, best of all, my payment was lower. I was really pleased with my experience! Thank you Zack! You have changed my image of what a re-finance looks like!

  I am really glad I listened to the voice message from Kevin Brown at Generation Lending and called him back. I had already started a Refinance application with someone else and was receiving solicitations from 6 or 8 other broker. Something in his message struck chord. It was simple and sincere. I decided to call back. He understood what I needed and provided a few options. Worked to find me the lowest rate and best program and I am very happy with what I received and with the service I got from Generation Lending and Kevin. I had many questions and he addressed them all to my satisfaction. The home loan industry is, well, complicated. A few things generated several questions but Kevin was patient to explain and stand by his quotes. I appreciated that very much. We closed the loan in about 6 weeks. Highly recommended!

  Kevin Brown is the best loan agent I have ever dealt with in my 61 years. He worked hard to get the best rate possible at the best price. He was quick to respond to emails and the paperwork was quite manageable. I highly recommend Kevin Brown and Generation Lending.

  Phenomenal customer service! From the beginning to the end I was treated like a friend. Sean helped me to get the best rate possible, worked with my request and was very flexible. Everything I asked for, he went above and beyond to make it happen. He explained everything to me in detail, and helped me to be comfortable with the process. He's very patient, accommodating, warm and friendly. When my escrow closed it was everything I asked for and more. I'm so grateful I worked with this company, and Sean is fantastic. I highly recommend them, they are great!
