  Alan Atardo and Jeremiah Ryder at America's Moneyline were awesome. They guided me through the entire process and got my loan approved and funded with ease. I would wholeheartedly recommend Alan and Jeremiah to anyone who wants to refinance and take advantage of today's historic low rates. They helped me refi my second home, reduced my payment, I got to skip 2 months of payments and put over $28,000 in the bank that I'm gonna use to pay off my Harley, Amazon and Home Depot and still have money left over.   We have done multiple VA loan refinance with Shawn Nevin since 2016. Each time we go to him, he and his team have provided outstanding work. He has offered us the best rate that no other company could match. He has also been upfront and honest each time we go him. Jeremiah Ryder, our loan processor, who has been working with our Cash Out/Refinance has been very thorough and has always kept us up to date through out the process.   I was introduced to the concept of wholesale mortages by a close friend who worked with America's Moneyline Inc on a number of mortgages. I don't know why I didn't think of looking for this sooner. I do the same for my personal auto and home insurance - so why not for mortgages? They are able to check rates with a number of lenders and find the best rate - but at the same time, are an excellent source of information about mortgages so that you don't feel like they are representing a bank. I worked with Patrick and he was fantastic. He is a work horse and always took my call to discuss current rates and options. I am confident in saying that they will get you the best rate available. The rate I was able to get was significantly lower both in the rate and in the credits available. My realtor was shocked, and immediately asked for their contact info to share with her future clients. You don't pay them anything - so there really isn't any reason not to try and see if they can help you - either with a mortgage or a refinance.

  Straight forward process, didn't bog me down with unnecessary communications. When something was needed from me they got it, and the next thing I knew, I did the signing and then everything was funded. The rate was really good, and was something that my current lender couldn't match, so I made the switch.
