  Rick and his team pulled off an absolute MIRACLE of a loan when all other lenders didn't want to put in the work to get a complicated condo deal done! There wasn't any willingness to help by the HOA and other parties and most others would've taken the easier way out and just declined the loan and deprived the buyer of a great home. Rick was RELENTLESS and had 2 rounds of pulling out the impossible (the first round wasn't enough) and when he called me and said "we're clear to close..." I was still skeptical. Then escrow called and said they even pre funded the loan on their end. Rates shot up after the buyer locked, so meeting the lock deadline was crucial and he pulled it off. Thanks again!

  Rick and his team took every opportunity to help us have the smoothest and most successful experience possible. From the start of just the inquiry about refinancing, Rick listened to our specific wants and needs and made sure we received the final result we hoped for and planned. Throughout the process, the rest of team was very communicative with us as to where we were in the process and if any additional items were needed. Our refinancing was completed in a great amount of time, much quicker than we anticipated, which made it much easier to go through.

  Rick has done loans for several clients of mine. And every time, the loan closes on-time or early! How many lenders have that type of track record?   Rick is by far THE best to work with when doing a refi or purchasing a home. I have done 5 loans with him. 2 purchase and 3 refis and they all went super smooth.   After spending over $1k in appraisals and then following him to his new company (after being dragged out for months with the first company) more months of waiting, being told "we are just waiting for a better rate" Rick just never responded or reached out again.. I lost out on a good interest rate and spent money on pointless appraisals. Mind you, this was 2 easy refinances with good credit and cash... I had heard good things about Rick but I could never recommend him to anyone after my experience.
