  Richard and his team are amazing! They do great work, on time and always keep you informed during the loan process. As a real estate broker, I have occasion to deal with a lot of different mortgage professionals and I would put Richard and his team in the top three I would choose to deal with every time if I had the choice. That is saying a lot considering how many loan originators there are in the area, let alone the entire state. They are one of the absolute best at communicating with you every step of the way and knocking down hurdles in a very complicated mortgage world!   Words are not enough to thank Richard and his team at South West Funding for their diligence, patience and determination to get my loan approved. I tried Bank of America but they were not able to do it. Even though it was not my fault I had credit issues, within about three months southwest funding was able to move a score that was in the 500s to high 600s. South West Funding gave me the confidence to pay a second earnest money on the property because they were confident that they can get the job done. Their level of professionalism is second to none. Richard and his team provide you with valuable information how to effectively manage your loan payment. Without a doubt this lending institution is the number one place for all mortgage loans. ‘I still do not know the best way to say thanks for what you have done for us’

  The level of service that Richard and Southwest Funding provide can't be beat. It's hard to find this level of service, integrity, and flat-out great rates these days. I would highly recommend Richard and his team if you are looking for a great lender for your home purchase or refinance.

  Being a first time home-buyer was scary and confusing but what the Great help and knowledge from this company relieved me of alot of stress and comfort.   This company completely sucks - they don't answer your calls, they don't return your calls from voicemail, they're slow, they don't request clear requirements, after submitting a document to them...they sit on it for days and respond to yiu telling you that your loan is being delayed because they requested the wrong thing, they're unaccountable, they're unprofessional, they have no respect for clients, you'll need to manage them to get anything done, they have incompetent staff. The list goes on and on. I will not recommend this company to my enemy. They are completely worthless. I'd drop names off the specific employees but I'll refrain from now. All you need to know is that they're unaccountable and unprofessional from the leadership down to the incompetent people that answer the phone. It was like pulling teeth trying to close on my house with these people. Even on the last day, they had my closing costs wrong. Smh. I'm not doubting any of the other reviews - but I'm inclined to believe that those other 5 star reviews are completely bogus. I don't usually give reviews - like they say, no feedback is good feedback. Therefore, I'd be doing potential lenders harm by not telling the truth. Advise to anyone thinking about using these people - don't use them, you'll regret it. Advise to Success Mortgage - address everything I mentioned earlier.
