  Rhea Gaines was amazing! My type loan was quiet difficult because of a lot of different obstacles we knew we were facing. I have been turned down before by other lenders because it is a difficult situation to deal with, and many did not want the challenge. Rhea stepped up to the challenge and made this process mostly seamless. She was always easy to get ahold of, and very willing to help. I would recommend her to anyone trying to buy a home. She went above and beyond for me and my family, and now we are in our forever home! Where others will not step up and help, and they aren’t up for the problems they will face trying to get you approved- Rhea will always stand in the face of any obstacles for you and succeed for you and your family. Rhea is very open and honest from the first step to the last, she is always one step ahead and fixes issues as they come. She was very upfront and easy to deal with. I was a first time home buyer, and she walked me through this process with all her kind words and motivation to continue pushing through the process. Nevertheless, she is the absolute best! You will never be disappointed with the quality of assistance you get from her. We love our home, and have it thanks to Rhea Gaines.

  I have worked with Rhea Gaines on preparing to buy a home since about December 2021. I cannot express the gratitude my family has for her. She helped walk us through every phase of preparation and purchasing. There was never a time that she was unavailable throughout the process. She was amazing!!! We closed on our home 2.5 weeks ago, but without her help and guidance, I don't think we would even be ready to look, let alone close. THANK YOU SO MUCH, RHEA!!!!

  Rhea Gaines is amazing at what does! She helped us to build our credit all while guiding us through all the obstacles we came across applying for our first ever home!   We moved this past month from Texas to Tennessee. It was such a stressful time but we got lucky in finding Legacy Lending and Rhea Gaines. Buying a home is one of the most stressful things especially when it’s many states away. Each time a problem came up for us Rhea went above and beyond to fix it and make sure we got the house we wanted. I love how thorough she is. She makes sure all of your paperwork is right. Trust me this was my 6th house purchase and it was the easiest when it came to paper work. Also the rate 🤩 they worked so hard to get us an amazing rate. So we could afford the house we wanted. When we had some major major issues from the seller. Rhea even helped take care of those. Making sure my family was okay and was going to have a place to stay while dealing with the sellers. She even helped with a pool issue so we could close. I couldn’t believe how much she did. We will recommend anyone looking to purchase a home to contact Rhea at Legacy they’re not just nice 😊 they seriously go above and beyond for helping a family get the house they want.
