  I am furious. We are all struggling right now. I don't hold independent tellers responsible however, this is a bank. I have called 38 times over the past two hours. YESTERDAY I called over 130 times. The prompts tell me I have to set an appointment to speak with someone but then I have to speak with someone to set an appointment lol. I drove through the atm and spoke to the teller and they directed me back to the number that leads to nowhere. All i asked for was an appointment she said she can't set appointments...at the bank...that she works at...very confused

  Well, what can i say? If you plan to be screwed over, have money taken from you without notice, and lord forbid you have a car payment because their system will show you late on payments when you are not.... this is the credit union for you. i have banked here for 20 years and its been 20 years of shady things one after the other. i am leaving this crooked place and i encourage everyone to stay away!!!

  Can’t get anyone to answer the phone!!!!how long do I have to wait??? They’ll call you back but your phone doesn’t ring??? What’s with that! I wait and wait!!! I’m leaving this ‘ bank’!!

  Drive through is very slow setting here and the two teller atm closes to building move twoo to three cars to the 1 on the outside. Slow slow

  The employees were very helpful. They all were very polite and helped us and we had an account with them which made the process fast and simple.
