  Solid selection and prices. Not to mention their exemplary customer service all around, but specifically Gunner lovins, more than polite he expressed the same amount of relief in me being able to get my firearm back after a long line of hassle with a "rival" shop that led to me doing business with elk River trading in fayetteville. I put rival in quotes due to the inarguably superior business practices pf elk River be it compared to another pawn shop or even retail outlet. Will NEVER go anywhere else without consulting elk river for prices and advice.

  Elk River Trading Co is awesome. Staff is very helpful especially Samuel Kirkland. He answered all our questions and never made us fell rushed even though the store was super busy. I would recommend this place to anyone!

  Mr. & Mrs. Bedingfield simultaneously left negative reviews for this single transaction. We were never given the opportunity to re-verify the authenticity of this wallet and handbag in question. Instead, Ms. Bedingfield initially called (see our response to her review for a complete explanation) and was unwilling to accept any answer over the phone that we would guaranty a full refund if they brought the items in to our store. Their primary reference is a non-substantiated website that alludes that every Prada item ever made has a white tag and any item that does not contain a white tag should instantly be considered counterfeit without examining any other factors that would verify the item to be authentic. Ms. Bedingfield became argumentative, talked over us when we attempted to explain our authenticity verification process, then threatened to notify law enforcement that we are knowingly selling counterfeit products and then she angrily hung up mid-conversation. Later in the afternoon, Mr. Bedingfield called and repeated the same claims that the item was definitely counterfeit as there was not a white tag in the wallet or handbag. We again explained some of the authentication processes we use on our handbags. Immediately after that call is when they both posted their negative reviews. We have not been given the chance to examine these items to further investigate their authenticity claims. As we source many of the items for our authentic pre-owned handbag inventory from highly regulated Japanese vendors, the chances of us receiving a counterfeit wallet and handbag in separate transactions on separate dates is highly unlikely. Instead, in our experience we have found that items produced for sale in Asia and other portions of the world will have different marking and tagging schemes than items produced for the US market. We welcome the opportunity to examine these items, as we stand behind our products when given the opportunity to verify any claims to their authenticity.
