  Worst bank I ever had. They hide their fees in their 100 page documents. I got changed $5 for ever price of mail they sent me, and asked why, their response was “it was in the document you signed, should have read it”. Look that their reviews, they rope you in with a good rate then drown you in fees for everything. I just wanted to pay off my loan, they said cool, but it’s going to cost you a fee. Stick at a big name bank, these local backs are small for a reason, they don’t take care of their customers Update: resource one fcu called me and personally apologized for their fees that I had to pay, they made it right. They understood that some some of their fees might have been hidden or at least not clearly spelled out. In the end, I was upset at first, but they did make everything right.

  Horrible experience at this location. I’ve had an account since 2005 and had to close it today due to poor customer service and a non-compassionate staff. Didn’t want to part ways with resource one but I had no choice.

  I’m a new customer and my first experience was awesome. The new account representative was very informative and professional. She offered a good bank account that was fit for my needs. I look forward to doing new business with Resource One. I desire a new home and car in the future, can’t wait to see what deals I receive.

  Truly a credit union in the ranks of George Bailey's credit union in the movie "It's a wonderful life". IvI' been a member since the early 90's and have never had a bad experience. I love knowing that I'm helping my community by doing business through R1.

  I had resource back in 07, 08, 09. I moved away, in 2015 I came back and opened an account to escape a horrible relationship. I had to hide money. I've been back since 2015 and have never had a bad experience. Love Resourc 1 credit union

  Resource One Credit Union is a horrible bank. I have been a victim of theft and none of my money was replaced after filing several police reports and providing the bank with the police reports my disputes were declined. I WILL NEVER BANK WITH R1CU AGAIN!! The customer service department is rude and doesn't value it's members.

  Have some privacy for members. Prefer chase when it comes to professionalism. But with great loan prices can't beat R1CU.

  Terrible bank... few branch... you can even deposit through the ATM.. I was at the drive tru for over an hour with just two cars in front of me.. rubbish.. changing bank
