Roland Schaer1Went into the branch at 2:30pm and there was a line practically out the door. Can't imagine what it is like during peak hours. They are very good at taking your money but not so good at giving it back. Had to speak with an "account manager" to close an account for which I got to wait 10 minutes only to find out I need an appointment appointment which isn't available for 3 days. Most other banks the teller can close an account. All while some guy in another office was doing nothing. So I will be closing all my accounts and moving them to a more service oriented bank. OH, and don't bother sending a response about how you care blah blah. You've been getting the same review for months and nothing has changed. Maybe if corporate started by changing the management...

Violet Obonyo5Sam Zafari....he was very proffessional, kind and patient with exceptional customer service. He helped me open my account, helped my son open an account and apply for a credit card. The only one thing I didn't like is the long queue. There were only 2 tellers serving people, the line was all the way to the door. If they can have 4-5 tellers at all times it will be awesome because this is a busy area.

Even Customer service, (phone)it’s like your calling the other side of the world 🌎 takes abt 20 minutes to connect with Help..They only care abt making their money 🤪 I haven’t changed bank due to time! J D1I always check my money more than 3 time before deposit to the bank. It never happened with an atm put outside. However, when I go inside with an employee and my money always missing $100-150. I do not understand why. But i'm sure there are 2 of $5 buck in my money and when they check it only 1 of $5 and missing my $100 dollar one. This is the second time it happened when i go inside to deposit. Never go there or makesure check your money completely in font of them.

Nada Iqbal1I had an appointment and had already filled out a majority of the information online so the process might be quicker. After an hour and providing documents the banker informed me that there was an issue with their software. He asked me to wait another 10-15 minutes. After waiting I left and came back after 20 minutes which he said would be fine but I had to wait again for 20 minutes and left without seeing anyone. The building was extremely crowded which is dangerous with the pandemic and one gentleman even appeared to be extremely breathless.

Crystal1If I could give Bank of America 0 stars I would! I am a new customer and so far have had a horrible experience! I deposited money into their ATM- the ATM took my money but didn't deposit it. I had to file a claim which has been a NIGHTMARE. The claims department is rude and no help at all. 3 different people told me my claim was "escalated" but each time saying the claim hasn't even been looked at. When I asked to speak to a supervisor they told me no because they would tell me the same thing. I'll be banking elsewhere after this!
