  I contacted Loan Java, by recommendations from many people, for the refinancing of my house. The whole process was fast and easy, with loan status updates every step of the way . My refinance was done in less than two weeks. Everything was done online from requesting, uploading, and signing documents . I only had to show up at the title office to sign the final documents.   Fast and very efficient! As a 1099 (self-employed) , it is very hard and tricky to qualify for mortgage, however TNG makes everything easy. From looking the house to closing the house, it is only take 20 days. I am very happy with their service. They are all inclusive service, from realtor to lender. Phat is my realtor, and Vy and Luan are my Loan organizer. They are awesome. They will help you everything. They are also very responsive. If you have a question, they will answer you right away even 10 or 11pm. Very very high recommend.

  My experience with Loan Java was two-thumbs up! Linh was so helpful with the process of refinancing my house. She gave me comparison values and walk me through the whole procedure until the final step with the title company. The whole process took us no more than a month!   I was looking for the house for my aunt and my friend referred Lon Java. They did amazing job from start to the end. We closed the deal today and got the key within less than 2 weeks. In addition to that since we are in California and flew to dallas to look at the house. Her team took time taking us around and show us the good/bad locations. I would never think that buying a house that quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Loan Java to my family and friends. If you want less tresses and find the good deal. You should contact Loan Java first.

  I have had the best experiences with Loan Java. Please take this review as a suggestion for young people who are looking for your first Home. Cindy did such a amazing job on price dealing. She totally will surprise you how quick and professional on working with your Loan application. We closed our house in only 2 weeks despite the other two brokers denied my loan application. Cindy was not mind when she worked on my application at 11.00pm and quickly responded my text no matter how late it was. Second, one other point, Cindy and Loan Java honestly treated us really well. She gave me back half of her commission on the house. That helped a lot. Third, her closing cost at Loan Java was the lowest in DFW compared with all the other one. Can you believed I only pay around $1200 for my closing cost? If you don’t, check it out with Loan Java. I promise it will not make you disappointed.   Buying and selling my house with Java loan were really satisfied. They offer the best rate and closing cost. Lance, Huyen, Liem and Sean are amazing to work with. Especially Lance, he helped me a lot on my case which was hard. They are very responsive whenever I have questions.
