  Four employees and no customers on a Thursday afternoon at around 3 PM. They refused to give me change for a $100 bill despite me having a checking account at this bank. The teller acted like she could do me a favor and call some supervisor to get permission to waive the "no change for bills over $20 policy". At least the manager was nice enough to open the door for me as I walked out. Wow! I've banked here for over four years and I'm thinking about closing my account. Sorry, in my eyes, all it takes is a single unsatisfactory experience for a business to lose all their build up credibility and reputation.

  Had an awful experience with this bank, especially with one of their employees Fred Marcell, Vice President of commercial mortgages, he absolutely dropped the ball on numerous occasions during the structuring of our loan. If it wasn’t for me calling there everyday for a month pushing things along with all the people in Fred Marcell’s office then my loan would have never happened. Hands down worst banking experience I’ve ever had. I would highly NOT recommend this bank.

  Love this bank opened an account with no money they added $20 to my account$10 to my friend I love how they keep it open regardless of a zero balance and I appreciate it so much that Im connecting my PayPal and using it to build my small business

  I went in to learn how to set up my PayPal account using republic bank. All the staff were very friendly.excellent customer service.
