  I purchased a vintage guitar from Pawn Shop Philadelphia a couple weeks ago. It was packed very well and shipped in a timely manner (I live outside Nashville, TN). Austin was very communicative and easy to work with! Thank you!!

  I drove out of state to visit a few pawn shops around town to get an estimate. I have to say this shop had the worst customer service. The guy’s tone wasn’t friendly and welcoming at all. I would recommend taking a course on effective customer service for future encounters.

  I usually don’t leave bad reviews but I only chose this place because of all the good reviews so I should probably leave my experience here. They tried to rip me off with half of what the item I was trying to sell was worth. Literally went into a random shop a block away and got the fair price. I’m smart enough to use google lol. edit: would've been nice if you told me that while i was there :)...if you're going to intentionally buy a precious metal from someone for below market price it's only good business that you disclose that. Even the pawnshops on Kensington Ave will do that. If I didn't know any better (which I did) I might have fallen for it :))))))

  Went to go sell some things down jewelers row. Stopped into this place after about 3 different places. Their pricing was way more reasonable than the other people on jewelers row. Definitely the place to go.

  I inherited some old guitars and brought them here to have them checked out. Turns out they were worth thousands of dollars. Paid me on the spot. Super happy I found these guys, highly recommended.

  Tried to take $100 off because of a "missing" external battery charger. The external battery chargers for Sony A7iii are sold separately from the kit. They still refused to adjust their rate and we're extremely rude when I explained this to them.

  Paid legit money on a bunch of vintage watches and diamonds I had laying around. They also do repairs on watches and helped me out in regards to looking for another new watch. These guys are fair. Highly recommended.
