  Excellent customer service! I've never had a bad experience here. Prices are fair, and the woman in the front is very friendly and knowledgeable. She was able to get me a great deal on multiple items. You won't be disappointed doing business with them!

  If I could give this "pawn shop" ZERO stars, I would. Shows how much the plump Hispanic woman knows re: electronics. She probably buys laptops from any pimple faced kid at Best Buy with her boyfriend's credit card. I brought a never used literally brand new Google Chromecast there and because it was not WHITE she wouldn't accept it. I literally opened the box that morning. It was BRAND new. It came from Google in an off white color. Sort of eggshell. Really? That's why you wouldn't buy it? Laughable. At least TRY to come up with a less lame excuse. Shows how much she DOESN'T know. She tried to argue with me whether or not it was in used condition. I literally had taken off the plastic to open the box to test it not even 12 hours prior. A majority of the merch in their cases looked beat up as it was!

  Contrary to popular belief, pawnshops aren't obligated to buy whatever walks in through the door especially clearly used and opened electronics. The fact that it was opened, out of the plastic and you were asking for an obscene price for it, is in itself, laughable. And didn't you say you were missing a charger for the Chromcast?? Also, look up the definition of "brand-new" because I don't think you know what that word actually means.

  I have been a pleased customer for several years now. This place meets my financial and jewelry needs. Staff is always polite, knowledgeable and helpful. Will be doing business with them for years to come!! Highly recommended for jewelry and financial needs. Stop in you're bound to find something you love!!

  I wish I could leave 1 star I’m disgusted, typing this review from outside it was that bad. The most horrible customer service I’ve ever experienced. First I walked in to a woman rushing me so she could keep her call on FaceTime going. They refused to give me an offer for my item before I said what price I’d take. I declined & asked or an offer only to be get snarled at and my item shoved back at me. Then the “owner” came out and gave the same energy. Snarly, obnoxious and pretentious. And tried to give me $100 for a $900 item. I get profitability but WHAAAAT?! SAVE YOUR TIME & FRUSTRATION. I had a similar experience two years ago. I get the times we’re in but lack of respect and patience gets you NOWHERE.

  Customer service was so great, even though I might not had got the price I wanted for my item. The counter girl was very nice and explained everything very well ! I would definitely recommend someone to go there.

  I found Cash Express online and called to see if they had a particular music instrument in-stock. After speaking with their manager, I was able to purchase it for a very good price. They also allowed me to pay via credit card, which gave me a peace of mind shopping at this pawn shop.

  I always have a great experience when I come here. The guys at the front of the store are always friendly and polite. They literally have everything that I could ever need to buy and are great with pawning and selling. Love this place!

  The Place Was Busy But I Was Attended To In A Timely Fashion. I Recieved Exactly What I Needed For My Item & The Good Knowledgeable People There Gave Me A Great Pawn Shop Experience. I Would Definitely Return.

  Got a pretty much the best deal on a TV and along with that bought a few video games for my xbox. The guy who helped us was very polite. We loved the service!
