  Best bank in the city. Staff have always been professional. Management has been fantastic every time I come in over the years. Complaints on here are unwarranted. Banks get busy, there will be lines, like anywhere else, life happens. I plan to keep using BofA and even though I live outside the city, I make an effort to come to this branch for my banking because they have quality people.

  they treat me with the out most respect ,and they respond to my needs right away,any isue i have they find a way to get it done , i been with them since 2014 no problem at all

  This place treats customers like garbage. Horrible line and just two counters opened. All people waste their lifetime here. The worst bank of the world!

  Waited for 15 minutes hoping to speak with an advisor. The front desk where someone should be greeting customers and making sure they’re getting served in the right order was unmanned the entire time. I ended up having to leave and will have to try again another day.

  New employee Josie Chen is a serious and rigorous employee. She pays attention to details. Her chat with you will make you feel comfortable, she will not always convince you to open a new account. She always takes care of the materials you hand her. She is a very polite and lovely Chinese girl.

  DONT WASTE YOUR TIME . If I Can Give Them No Stars I Would But Today Was My Last Day Banking With This Bank and Company. Teller Fraud On My Withdraw Amount And Workers Are Trying To Cover It Up. They Stole My Money and Dont Even Care. Most People There Are Nice But Not To Be Trusted !

  don’t waste your time! terrible customer service! mentioning this cause i saw on another review — esp the Notary guy who can’t seem to understand the current environment we’re in. Ugh.. Left agitated and disappointed. Go somewhere else!!!

  Third time I go there and they just end up saying , sorry I CAN NOT help you. Make a call or look on the website 🤬 and on top of that you have to beg the notary guy to work ... because he’s too busy doing nothing ... walk few more blocks to another location and save your time from this one

  the tells here are very helpful and friendly always... they are always going the extra mile when its not needed, that's great service. I also enjoy the fact that this branch is open on Saturday for banking services and not just for the ATM.

  Stop calling or answer your phones. Recording of lady in foreign language keeps calling my business taking up my phone lines. when i call back to report to this supposed bank, the phone is picked up and then hung up. i attempted to call back numerous times to have the phone picked up and then hung up. filing with the attorney general office.
