Brooke Highline5Chris and her team were amazing to work with during our home refinance! Chris provided us with options and walked us through the process from start to finish. We were able to shorten the term of our mortgage, lower our rate, and save on our monthly payment each month. We were able to submit all of our docs securely and electronically and Chris and her team were able get us to the closing table in 4 weeks! We would refer Chris to friends and family. She truly is a mortgage finance expert!

Scott Zoll5Can't begin to thank Chris and her team for their hard work in getting our loan in place. We had an incredibly tight window and were concerned we might not secure funds in time. Not only did we make our deadline, but Chris got us a killer rate! She was prompt, responsive, and a joy to work with. She took the time to explain the process and was quick to respond to any questions we had along the way. We wholeheartedly recommend Chris and the Guaranteed Rate team!
