  Eddie and his team are awesome. I honestly didn't know much about the in/outs of the lending process. They helped patiently guide my wife and I through the entire "event". :) They were always available and in constant contact during a process that needed to be expedited due to our unique circumstance. They were clear about what they were going to do, and they did it flawlessly. The personal attention we received made us feel comfortable and reassured.   What an experience! Eddie and his team definitely made me feel 100% supported every single step of the way throughout my funding process. If ever there was something I wasn’t quite understanding it was explained thoroughly and patiently until I completely grasped the idea and was comfortable to move forward. I never felt rushed or unheard NOT ONCE. That is huge for me as this was my first experience dealing with business of this magnitude. Communication was always 100% transparent and constant as I had MANY questions along the way. Eddie and his team are INCREDIBLY attentive and responsive. The state of the art technology his team possesses through their E-portal made uploading necessary documents and viewing/signing off on others incredibly easy not to mention organized! I’m on the go most of the time and I was able to complete the majority of this entire process via my IPhone and never felt like I was missing info or having difficulty with the software/security. Trouble shooting my obstacles was swift and inspiringly creative as he and his team are absolute EXPERTS!   Nothing but positives to say here!!! Eddie and team assisted us in our home buying process and get top marks from me with amazing service no matter the hour. Same day pre-approval(Saturday evening) through our offer(next day) to buy our house. Additionally, the GRM team kept in constant contact to ensure that all checkpoints were completed all the way through the closing process. Understand that buying a house isn't something you do often, this team broke it down into a step by step process that took a lot of the stress out of the equation.

  Eddie was very professional and communicative from the start! He let me know what to expect, what information he needed, and who else from his company I would be hearing from. I was able to upload all requested documentation to a secure portal using a login, and now that my loan has closed I use that same login to make mortgage payments. Getting a loan isn’t fun but I felt guided every step of the way. I highly recommend Eddie and his team!
