  This is probably the fifth or sixth time I have worked with Michelle Bobart and her team of experts over a span of probably twenty years. I am a small business owner and, I think because of that, very demanding. I expect excellent customer service because I know that is what differentiates my business from the larger ones. Michelle's team delivers expert advice and stellar customer service. I told Michelle and her team that I wanted to close asap on my new property and we closed within 30 days-much quicker than I expected. Of course, I was responsible for delivering on my end but when I did, someone from the team was right there to make sure everything moved. To top it off, they are super friendly, and even went beyond when I could not find an insurance company to cover the flat roof home I was buying in DC. I whole-heartedly recommend this team of experts.

  I highly recommend Guarantee Rate I recently applied to refinance my mortgage and it was completed in just 1 month. The interest rate was the best 2.99%.   Michelle and her team worked really hard to get us approved for a loan that worked with our needs and wants. Anytime we had questions they quickly responded, often with a phone call, to get us the information we needed After we went under contract, they continued providing excellent service to make sure we got the best rate and that all of our deadlines were met. I recommend anyone looking for a mortgage in Chicago to give them a call. UPDATE 10/15/21 After a remodel and market appreciation we wanted to eliminate the PMI on our mortgage. We reached out to Guaranteed Rate for a refinance and had to look no further. Our experience was just as good this time as it was a year ago. Give these people a call and you wont regret it.
