  I used Conrad and guaranteed rate to get my home loan a few months ago. He is the bomb.com. Buying a home has a million and one steps and Conrad was able to explain every single one of them along with my questions. He went above and beyond his job description to ensure my wife and I had all the information needed and even after the contract was signed he still followed up to make sure there were no additional questions! Would highly recommend if you are a first time home buyer or even if you are purchasing your 10th one!

  My husband and I were first time homebuyers and Conrad was so helpful and communicative. We had attempted to get pre-approved about a year prior with a different company and the experience was so stressful and confusing that we had more or less given up. But from the start working with Conrad was easy with a clear process and simple answers anytime we had a question! He was supportive and encouraging even through the hardest parts!   I had the pleasure of using Conrad as part of my first condo purchase. Conrad was very helpful and responsive during the whole process. He walked me through estimated costs before I even started looking at condos so that I could have a reasonable estimate of a purchase price before diving in or getting excited about a condo out of my price range. This was extremely beneficial and made the process much less stressful as I knew what I was getting into. Conrad was responsive and available any time over text which I appreciated as I frequently had random questions. He would answer quickly and give me a call if it required a more in-depth explanation. It was nice to know he was available for anything that came up. Conrad was also willing to call the listing agent when I submitted an offer to explain how qualified I was to purchase the condo, which was very helpful during negotiations in this hectic market. Overall, Conrad was great to work with. I would recommend him to my family and friends and look forward to using him again in the future.

  Conrad was very easy to work with on getting a mortgage set up. He is super easy to contact and will advocate on your behalf to get you the best deal possible. Other mortgage lenders didn't want to deal with me because of the low purchase price of my property, I would not have my condo if it weren't for him. Conrad also helped me with refinancing my mortgage in November 2021 and in doing so has saved me a lot of money. I could not recommend this move more strongly.
