  I’ve been with GR for six years or so and the experience has been fantastic. Jeff R is incredibly helpful and responsive. He’s been known to answer my emails ridiculously quickly. On multiple occasions he has patiently taken the time to go through things with me to make sure they were correct and that I understood what I needed to. Life is complicated enough, and these guys have made managing my insurance straightforward - that is so appreciated.

  Deb with guaranteed rate was so wonderful to deal with. She got me better coverage for a cheaper premium. I will be going to guarantee to shop all of my policies in the future. Deb is simply the best agent I have dealt with in a very long time.

  Worst customer service experience. charged me fees quickly and were inadequate throughout the process, went to CMG mortgage and they provided and helped us close within a couple weeks. While Guaranteed Rate took months to tell us we would never close and used excuses that CMG had no issues with.

  I used Guaranteed Rate for my out-of-state mortgage and the process couldn't have been easier. I could do most things from my phone very easily. They responded very quick to all my questions. I would highly recommend them for any home purchase.

  The process was super fast, they managed to get us a super good price for our policy 200 $ below all the others, and the attention was excellent. They also have agents who speak Spanish. 100% recommended

  Had a great experience with our mortgage provider, Matt. This review is for the home owners insurance provider. He basically duped us into signing up for a low cost insurance, never filed the paperwork and then claimed the price jumped like 30% after already signing. Unfair practice and did not solve the problem.
