      1 star for the phone customer service because waiting over 30 min to ask a quick question is rediculous. Doesnt matter when you call. Upgrading to 2 stars cuz they finally have some nice people working inside that dont seem burdened by you being there. The phone customer service has been an issue for years.

      The tellers are up most respectful and plan to get you out of there as soon as possible. Lobby is clean and maintained. Looking at the previous reviews, I can't say I've had a bad experience at this location.

      Absolutely terrible customer service. The woman that i spoke with was unbelievably rude. And they refused to take one single payment for a loan i have in place (During this COVID pandemic while im already on Disability) trying to force me to pay off the rest of the loan in one payment when i dont have the means to do so. and completely refusing to work with me in any way shape or form. When i asked to speak to the supervisor, she hung up on me! their lack of respect and regard for others is disgusting and i will be sure to never do business with this bank again and i will be letting others know as well.

      Don’t use the drive-thru at this branch! Just go in. I waited 15+ minutes three separate times, and I was second in line. I love ESL, but they need to fix this.
