  First, I have to disclose that I am Anne's older brother. Though my wife Diane and I live 500 miles away. Anne walked us through a refinance of our mortgage which saved us $$ and allowed us to pay our home off earlier. We were so pleased that we recommended Reliance Mortgage to Diane's mother (also lives in Chico) for a refi. Despite the distance all paperwork was handled efficiently using one-day mail service. I would not hesitate to use Anne and Christian again. Also, I was impressed with the competitive rate we were able to lock into. She has the advantage of looking at multiple lenders that best suit the client's eligibility and needs. Years of experience and personal service makes a difference.

  In my experience, the thing that separates a GREAT lender from the rest of the pack is service. Reliable Mortgage Service is so far above the rest that you will wonder how the others stay in business. Our first encounter was a post Great Recession refi. The interest rate was great and saved us LOTS of money. But more importantly than the savings, Anne & Christian understood that my busy schedule made it difficult to get our loan done 9-5. That was never a problem for them. Their only question was, “What works best for you?” I rarely make referrals. But, I have recommended Reliance with great confidence to several friends and Co-workers. Each of them has been thrilled with their individual results. My confidence level is so high with Reliance, that when my adult son thought that he was ready to buy his first house, I strongly suggested that he include Reliance in his shopping. It was my opinion that he was not yet financially ready for this leap and hoped that Anne would let him down easy. Boy, was I wrong! Within days my son & daughter-in-law were the proud owners of lovely 3 bedroom home thanks to Anne and Reliance.
