Every meeting and showing they were on time and prepared! Once we found the right house they give us advise on how to proceed.   Gina is top of the line in this field. She was able to help my husband and I find a house, who was on deployment at the time, in less then a month and keys in hand just in time for my husband to come home. She made the process of buying a home seamless and was honest and friendly through the whole process.   I'm a first time homebuyer and had only about 2 years of building credit on my own after divorce. I was not only skeptical that I would qualify for anything, but I was nervous about the process being tedious--or the broker being pushy. Noah Acosta from Milestone made it both incredibly easy and crystal clear! Filling out the application was done online (in my pajamas while watching The Office reruns) and sending my tax docs was as easy as snapping a pic and uploading it (pretty sure I had a glass of wine in my other hand while I click-clicked). Most of our communication has been over email (I preferred it that way) but I know he's available for a phone or face-to-face meeting if I need it. Overall a great experience with Noah and Milestone...looking forward to continuing with the process of buying a home for me and my kids.

They also helped us fix our credit, literally in just a couple months. My wife and I always dreamed of having our own place, never thought we would.
