      Impossible to work with. Spoke with Dr. Yahia Abdul-Rahman, who is the CEO is the company, was not helpful at all. Very disorganized and won’t talk to my real estate agent or my attorney regarding any updates.

      The Bank of Whittier has fantastic customer service. I contacted them about a home mortgage loan and the possibility of a car loan and they were more than willing to send me an application to my email. The representative explained that the application could be filled out on Adobe on a computer and the pages that needed a signature could be faxed. Overall, it was a great experience to talk with the Bank of Whittier loan department on the phone. If you have any questions they will be happy to answer them.

      I opened a checking account yesterday. I could not believe how kind and friendly everyone was!! This is the best customer service I have ever received by a bank or any other company for that matter. Lots of handshakes and smiles. One kind gentleman even brought me a cold drink while I was filling out paperwork. 😊 My highest recommendation to all those that are tired of terrible service at other banks and credit unions.       The only Halal Bank that does home refinancing, unfortunately, is an incompetent and shady business. None of the important information is said up front and only when it's stated is after multiple follow ups asking for an update.
