  No words can describe how content I am for the quality of help received by Eduardo! Not only did he keep us informed during the process he was always keeping us updated with everything going on with the house. Was very detailed in explaining the information and all the steps we were going to go through by becoming house owners. He truly made the process as easy as he could! Always very informative! Thank you for being humbled and always keeping us informed of what was going on and what we needed to do! No only did he help us get our dream home but he became a family friend!   My husband and I have refinanced with Conrad and his team twice. Both refinances have been a great experience. Conrad is professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. This last refinance took a little longer than expected but Conrad always touched basis with us and kept us informed of next steps. Thanks again Conrad and team.

  Coming back to Eduardo a second time now to do our refinancing process was a breeze! Once again he has gone above and beyond to make this a super smooth process. His level of communication and dedication to his job is beyond amazing! He's always there and more than willing to answer all of our questions no matter how big or small they may be.   Last year, my sister and I had the pleasure of working with Dario Alvarado, Elizabeth Alvarado, and Delmy Lemus at Encore Mortgage on the purchase of our first home. They were forthcoming, available, and friendly. Since it was our first time embarking on this homebuying journey, the process was intimidating at first, but with their guidance, we felt empowered every step of the way. Elizabeth communicated with us on a weekly basis even when there was no update, and when there was an update, she communicated with us immediately. Whenever we reached out to her, we were able to get a hold of her. We had our dream home in a matter of weeks. If I were to buy another home or was asked for a referral, we would highly recommend working with Encore.

  First and foremost, I am sincerely grateful to have been given an opportunity to purchase my home this past month. However, with that said it was sincere chaos from the beginning through the end. Considering everything our country is going through I didn’t really want to take this platform to bash anyone particularly my realtor the lender and the escrow office. What I would like to recommend is that both my realtor and the lender along with the escrow offices should always be on the same page for whatever reason these three dynamics did not play out to that opportunity. However, in closing I would like to acknowledge a individual by the name of Amanda that currently works at this office, I sincerely appreciate all of her efforts and time to help me the last two weeks get through the closing of this escrow.she realize my frustration is some of the chaos that occurred and still manage to have lots of patience with me the last two weeks, thank you!
