  Leslie Nicolas from reliance Charlotte NC was a godsend to me. I had a very unique situation trying to finance my home into my name. After calling several other agents over a period of 6 years no one would help me.(too much work) One day I called reliance and leslie was the agent that answered my call. When I explained my unique situation this agent helped me. She put In alot of time and work for me. It took a little time but she was able to get my refinancing done. She was always patient and calm during the times I was ready to give up but she didnt let me. I actually cried the day that I signed my paper work. Leslie Nicolas worked very hard for me. I would recommend her to friends and family. She will always be my hero and I will never forget how she helped change my life. I can never thank this hard working woman enough.

  I don't know how these guys got my cell, but they have called me SEVEN times in the last 3 hours! It took that long for them to FINALLY leave a voicemail to see who it was. Can you say harassment? Even if I needed you, why would I ever do business with you when you use tactics like this? bottom grade trash company, oh and guess what they are calling me an 8th time while writing this. Just wow!

  Leslie, the angel, Nicholas is the best salesperson I’ve ever engaged with. She is a pure delight, customer friendly, makes the whole process stress-free this can’t be said enough.   Tracy Sonney was on top of everything! The process was extremely efficient and smooth. We had an unusual situation on our loan and she was able to work through the uniqueness to come up with a agreeable solution quickly. She is well versed in coming up with alternate financing ideas for those in need of consultative advice as well. We highly recommend her to anyone!

  I worked with 3 other finance companies about refinancing my house. My credit score was below the minimum score due to working with Freedom Debt Relief and I was denied refinancing. I had calls from other companies that wanted to help me with refinancing but I knew what the answer was going to be, seeing that 3 finance companies already denied me. Then Brett Tyson from Reliance First Capital called and said that he could help me with refinancing. I didn't believe him so I said I'd give him a try, what else do I have to lose. During the application process and all the information that was required from me, I felt that I still wouldn't qualify but Brett made it happen. I am so glad that Brett and Reliance were willing to work out all the kinks and am forever grateful that Brett worked his magic. I refinanced last week and I will have a better credit score than what I have now. Thank you Brett Tyson.

  My husband & I had a difficult situation since our original loan was a 10 & 1 ARM interest only loan and we had also had a bankruptcy due to job changes and Leslie Nicolas out of your Charlotte location was such a great help in finding us options to help us and stayed working with us throughout the whole process making sure we completed all necessary paperwork and sent our followup info that they needed.   It was such an amazing experience with Tori Fore as our lender! We used a VA loan, and it is almost unheard of to close in a month, much less before! From the time we applied, to the time we were signing closing papers was 3 weeks to the day. Tori is very detailed, and very diligent in making sure the process is running smoothly. She let me know what was needed right off the bat, and if anything changed, or if something needed further detail, she made sure to notify us right away.
