  Ali and Melinda are rockstars! From the beginning, they made me feel like their only client. They were extremely thorough during the application process so there were no surprises once things went to the underwriter. We were buying and selling simultaneously and within a day of each other. It would have been a nightmare anywhere else, but Ali made it look so easy. I’ll never go anywhere else!

  I cannot speak highly enough about my experience with Liz throughout the mortgage process. She has been with me across multiple loan lifecycles - Liz was by my side walking me through every step of purchasing my first condo when I was single and had no idea what I was doing, she worked with my fiance and I to talk through our options as we bought our first family home and most recently, on our home refi! I have recommended her to numerous friends in the area and they have all been equally thrilled with her expert knowledge in the industry and amazing support throughout the entire home buying process.

  My experience with Atlantic Bay was wonderful. My wife and I recently purchased our first home. From the beginning until the end of the buying process Tammy Stowe from Atlantic Bay was there for us. She answered the phone, emails, text messages all times of the day to answer any questions that I had in regards to our home buying process.   We were referred to Atlantic Bay by our builder who also referred us to one other company. We did shop around with other lenders but it became abundantly clear very early on that we were best off working with Atlantic Bay. We worked with Flynn Harris and he was absolutely amazing. On a scale of 1 to 10 he was like a 12. This was our fourth time buying a house (fifth time buying a mortgage), and by far the most painless. Flynn was so communicative, friendly, professional, organized, detail-oriented, that we really just could not have asked anything more from him. We would 100% recommend Atlantic Bay.

  We refinanced our home with Atlantic Bay Mortgage Group and from start to finish it was an easy and pleasant experience. Our Mortgage broker and planner was Tony Garshnick. He explained the whole process and our options to us up front and kept in constant communication with us. Tony got us a lower rate and saved us a lot of money! He even followed up after the closing to ask if were satisfied and what he could have done better. I will recommend Tony and Atlantic Bay Mortgage to everyone in need.   Amazing customer service and transparency. Ali Dubois was enthusiastic and extremely supportive as she helped us choose the mortgage that made sense for our investment. Once we were under contract on our new home, the entire process was transparent and seamless. Highly recommend!

  The application process for a mortgage alway needs a lot of documentation of how much money you make. With Atlantic Bay I was able to fill out the application online, provide documentation via phone and within a few days someone called me back about my application. Her name was Carolina Meulman, such a blessing, she made this entire process stress free and went above and beyond for my family. The closing was fast and most importantly our interest rate was low and remain low even though it took us four months to find a house. She also gave us recommendations on a realtor Mark Drabble, that turned out to be awesome. Thanks Caroline Meulman at Atlantic Bay Mortage for making our first home buying experience awesome!!!

  Terence did an exceptional job with my mortgage loan and expediting all necessary files to underwriting in order to approve/clear the loan. Not only was he extremely responsive and in constant contact, he even made a special trip when he was off work to pick up documents. Without him I would have lost my dream house and he did everything in his power to prevent that from happening. I highly recommend him to anyone and will forever be grateful for all his efforts in my home buying process.
