  Well, I will say that we finally closed on a loan with a lender that Sidney referred us to. But thru our whole process with him, he is the most unprofessional person we have ever come across in business. And this is in regards to his phone calls. He seemed to think that we had no other obligations in life but taking his calls. He would call me repeatedly back to back until I picked up. He was determined to talk to you when he wanted to regardless of whether you could talk or not. One time he called me repeatedly back to back like 10 times for about 5 minutes. Like my number was on speed dial. Didn't matter to him that I was at work or in meetings and couldn't take his calls. If I didn't pick up, he would then call my husband. Didn't matter to him that my husband was at work too. Many times during this whole process, my husband wanted us to stop working with Sidney but because we had already invested so much time I wanted to hang on till the end. But hIs unprofessionalism truly showed in our last dealing with him. After we closed, we wanted to make sure everything cleared our account before we paid him his fee, we received his invoice and still had a few days before it was due. 2 days after receiving his invoice, he called me and texted me back to back. I couldn't pick up because I was in class and he called again 30 mts later after his first call from a "private number" and my daughter picked up my phone. When she realized I was still in class and that is why I hadn't picked up any calls all morning, she hung up because she didn't know who he was. He called again after she hung up from his "private number" again and I didn't pick up again because I was still in class. After class was over, I saw his 2nd text he sent and he said " I call and u refuse to speak to me so I must contact the authority if u don't pay by this Friday what is owed to Reliable Funding". That is when I realized that he was calling from different phone #'s thinking I would pick up that call but was just ignoring his first call. LOL !!! I guess he's going to report me to the authority for not picking up his call. Didn't know it was against the law to not take people's calls. Maybe he does that in his business choosing his calls. He needs to realize that if I could have taken his call, I would have and didn't need to call me from different numbers. Guess he has never heard of leaving messages and people will return his calls. Now if he had left me a message and I never called him back for days, I could understand him texting me such a message. But to text me once and call me 3 times in a span of 45 minutes then to text me again with such a message and not even giving me a chance to return his call is upsetting to me. But as I said, we finally closed on the loan but dealing with Sidney thru this whole process has been such a big headache. I've never in my life dealt with anyone as unprofessional as Sidney before. So if you have a life and other obligations, I'll let you decide whether he would be a good fit for you for not. LOL !!! Have to laugh at their response. Definitely not maligning Sidney but stating facts about how he loves to call repeatedly. We still had 2 days till the due date so not sure how that is not meeting our obligation. I guess I must understand due dates different than Reliable Funding does. Not being able to take his calls when someone is busy is called " ignoring his communication and behaving unprofessionally". HA..HA..HA... FYI, Sidney you should really check your facts before saying Quality Neon did not pay.

  It is disappointing to read May’s review. The client consulted Reliable Funding to help her get a loan through an alternative lending program for her business Quality Neon. When she agreed to our program, she signed an agreement which stipulated a fee for services that is immediately due once the loan was approved and the check issued. The customer has not honored the agreement with Reliable Funding and has yet to pay for services rendered by Reliable Funding. Calls made to the customer were to ensure she was aware of the outstanding fee she owed and confirm when payment would be made. Instead, the client has ignored our communication and is behaving unprofessionally in resolving this issue by maligning and mischaracterizing Sidney. Our hope is that Quality Neon will meet its obligation and pay its fee immediately to resolve this issue.

  I usually do not write reviews, however Sidney Hill at Reliable Funding Inc. deserves the a big Thank You! Sidney made the process very simple by asking me qualifying questions about my business and money needs. he found the right product for us and approved within 2 days! Be sure to call.   If I could leave a 0 rating I sure would because this company sure deserves it!!! This company has no ethics and will tell you anything you want to hear to get your business. Sydney from Reliable Funding here in the Charlotte area and his so called Broker Paul Otheguy from National Business Capital from New York are two business men to steer clear of. I was hesitant about applying for a loan due to I am working on our credit to buy our first home for our family,my wife and 3 toddlers. I was assured and literally gave a 100% guarantee that a loan would be given in some such or another. I should have known better that nothing is guaranteed but I proceeded anyways. I was misled and would have understood being turned down but I was lied to by the two of them and that is unacceptable. Paul from National Business Capital was in touch and easy to reach until the denial was official and at that time he could not be reached and would only text with all kinds of excuses except to state the truth you were denied and we lied to you. Steer clear from this company and do yourself a favor!!!!!
