Carlos Morales1This place has horrible customer service the manager barely speak English. Then you have all the personal bankers doing nothing like you see on the pic. That lady was like that for the whole hour i was waiting. She came out for like 15 min just to do some gossiping with the manager, they did that for 15 min, the manager gossiping with all the employees is horrible while we waiting for an hour to open a simple account. Lol is funny bc I used To do this for leaving, but we never did this. There is no way it takes long to do this.

Matt Wagner5The staff is great, always looking to make your experience better. The boa team is customer service focused and always courteous, even when their customers are anything but. They have many bilingual employees which is a nice benefit.
Response from the ownerHi Matt. Thanks for the review! We’re glad to hear about your great experience and hope you’ll consider Bank of America for your future banking needs. ^jazmin

My Info1I have had the worst experience with BOA on the retail bank side. I recently opened up a BUSINESS brokerage account under the name of my LLC (a common practice for traders) and naturally, I wanted to open my BUSINESS checking account at the same institution to make a seamless transfer from business brokerage to business checking. I am in the process of transferring my brokerage balances from another institution. I attempted to do this online, but then was informed I would need to show ID in person, so I made an appointment via online banking. The evening before my initial appointment, Laura called me after the branch had closed said "We won't be able to open the account tomorrow, something came up." They didn't offer alternatives at other locations or even offer to reschedule my appointment there (red flag number 1). So, I went ahead and made another appointment for 12/23 via online banking. On 12/23 I went into the Conlan Circle branch and worked with Laura Fonseca. I gave her my articles of organization and my EIN. Instead of her attempting to open the account, she got up and went over to whisper to her manager (red flag 2), then she proceeded to say that "You don't have any employees, you're going to be transferring money from one account to the other." Technically, I am an employee of the LLC and clearly Laura isn't educated enough around wealth and tax purposes for titling brokerage in the name of an LLC. She said that "because you're transferring from your individual brokerage we can't open it", this makes no sense at all my brokerage is open through Merrill Lynch under the name of the LLC, not me as an individual. This is a typical process. I think that she thinks all businesses have to have "workers", whatever that means. Honestly, I felt discriminated against based on my race and attire, but overall there is a lack of knowledge and I would like to work with a relationship banker or premier that has set up accounts for the same reason I am setting mine up. Laura and her manager are not well versed to be in the location they are in. That location should have more experienced, knowledgeable team members. I would like a call from Bank of America regarding this experience.

Abigail Dunk1Laura Canseco, if that’s even her real last name is very rude! She wouldn’t even let me finish my sentences before rushing to interrupt me to tell me that they can’t offer the service. I called the 1-800 number that she’s trying to tell me to call and they already told me that the service could be done by an officer at the bank. She insisted that I call the 1-800 number and kept cutting me off, giving me attitude, and then proceeds to tell me that she can’t hear me because her “connection” is bad even though I was speaking very loudly through the phone. I can see why they have such bad ratings. I’m disappointed in Bank of America and would suggest that they have more customer service training for their workers.

Danny M1Security guard was super friendly before walking in. After walking in and getting assisted I’ve decided I will be pulling all funds from this account and closing it immediately. Though my concerns were addressed, and I was “helped” I truly feel as though the kindness given to me was fake and forced as I did not wear a mask. I have a medical exemption but the employee seemed to treat me as if I were some second class, strange being, for not wearing a mask. The exchange felt very awkward as if the clerk did not want to be anywhere near me. I have a medical exemption and recently contracted covid so therefor I have anti bodies. There’s no reason to treat me like an infected disease. I am equal human, and if your staff were educated on covid they would know they face practically no risk in sitting 6 feet away from me, yet the clerk seemed nervous in my presence. After I said thanks for your help and left I got no response, thank you, or goodbye when walking out the door. Except by the friendly security guard. If my business is not appreciated, I’ll take it else where. Simple.

Susan Allen1Very disappointing experience at this branch TWICE. Our usual branch closed during Covid and has not opened back up. The customer service here is subpar at best. I made an appointment and they were running an hour behind (what is the point of an appointment). The CSA (greeter) at the front of the branch is very rude and sent me on my way without helping. This has resulted in 15 hours of hold times with your phone people (that would be another 1 star rating). BOA really needs to step it up.

Deepu Sreedharan1One of the worst branches around! Money speaks! I went in for a cashiers check and the representative misspelled the Payee. When I got out of the line and just came back after I realized, they asked me to stand back again. The Manager was busy catering to his clients with much more prospective money. He could have just spent 5 mins to rectify this mistake but he very well knew who could get him more bucks! Pathetic!
Response from the ownerHello Deepu. We value your business and are sorry that you were disappointed. We’ll certainly be sharing your feedback with our leadership team and would like to know more. Holly Kozubal1Horrible customer servicing and experience. Never in my life have I had this experience with a branch of Bank of America. Line out the door, with 3 representatives sitting in their office. Not 1 of them offered to help anyone in line. I waited in line 35 minutes while the same 2 customer's from when I walked in the door were being helped at the counter. Ridiculous, unprofessional service. Update: This branch didn't know how to deposit a check. This branch should be closed down

Lindsey Rayl1I went in on a Saturday to wire transfer the funds from my debit card to another checking account and close my checking account with Bank of America. After waiting for about 30 minutes I was seated in a room with an employee who took down my routing number and account number for my new account, printed off paperwork for me to sign to authorize a wire transfer, and said that my checking account would be closed after that. I didn’t initially leave the bank frustrated. But I noticed that night nothing had been done to my account. I signed an authorization for a wire transfer that was not done. He informed me I was supposed to receive the funds in my new account in 45 minutes. What in the world. I was shocked. I called the bank on Monday to inform them of what happened and because I live in a different town I couldn’t psychically come in the bank. When I was explaining my situation to the lady on the phone she cut me off and asked “so how can I help you”. I was rather stunned at her question. I was trying to figure out what I needed to do next. She ended the call by saying she can’t help me unless I know who I spoke with on Saturday. I am so done with Bank of America at this point. This was just the nail in the coffin.
