  We sold our first home and purchased a new build over the last year. Kendall was the best thing that happened to us in this process! Kendall is professional, honest, understanding and never misses a detail. He made selling our house simple and made sure to follow all the rules with our HOA for selling as well. When we ran into issues with our new home build, he advocated for us and made sure the builder resolved any issues. We recommend working with Kendall if you plan to buy or sell! You will not regret it!

  During the pandemic I was in need of change and decided to move to Charlotte after visiting in April 2021. Using websites like Zillow and Relators by myself didn’t help due to their unresponsive nature. A family member recommended that I use Kendall to help me. This was the best decision I could’ve made. My main concern was living in an area that was comfortable, reasonably priced and accessible. After finding a space that I really enjoyed, Kendall worked tirelessly. He gave a tour before travel down to NC and let me see the space multiple times. Kendall is quick, responsive and very reliable. Since it was my first time buying a home, he could sense my hesitation and worry. Kendall always encouraged me with his words of motivation. I would 100% recommend him for any future purchases. Again, Kendall is quick, responsive, reliable and very easy to talk to.

  Kendall Toney was absolutely amazing!!!!!! He helped us get into our lovely home back in November 2021. It was a longggg process but he was patient and thorough with every aspect! My husband can be tough to deal with but Kendall always played it cool. His professionalism and promptness just blew everyone out of the park! He is the real deal!

  I first would like to commend Kendall on his professionalism. I’ve owned over 7-different Propeties across 3-states and have worked with many different agents. My experience with Kendall was superb. It was white-glove service throughout the entire process. He kept me well informed and was very responsive to any of my concerns or questions. We closed my loan in approximately 16-days!!! Kendall also went above and beyond the call of duty by helping me line up contractors to complete needed improvements identified in the property inspection. He called it his personal touch, but I call it the bonus add that sets him apart from his competitors. This has been a great experience and I will be using Kendall for all of my future purchases as well.

  Toney Realty Group did a phenomenal job with helping my family find our first home. What I enjoyed about Kendall process the most, was that he worked with us from beginning to end. Kendall gave us information to build and fix our credit to prepare for the home buyers experience and once our credit was where we wanted it to be, he guided us through the home buyers' experience / market. Kendall customer service, support, and willingness to help us with any questions or concerns gave us reinsurance that we made the right choice when selecting him as our realtor.   I would like start this review off by saying thank you to Kendall Toney! He was awesome throughout this first time buying process. When we started this journey I really was looking into buying a pre-existing home. It turned out to be a rat race and unrealistic because of the current market. However after a lot of education and turn down of offers in the housing market. We took a different direction and decided to do new construction. I’m so happy with my decision and new home! You really can’t beat instant equity. Thank you again Toney Reality Group!!
