  I have been a client of reliable credit for about 5 years and they are so understanding and kind. They have been able to help me out with financing my car, and personal loans as well. The website is amazing and super easy to use but when you talk to the staff they are so knowledgeable and can guide you. I would recommend them to anyone for financing a car or personal loan.

  I have always made my payments on time and paid half of one months payment due to low funds of a medical emergency. I asked for help On setting up a payment plan to get caught up and they said they would rather repossess my car. I understand they don’t owe me anything or need to understand. But I literally broke down after the phone call. I know there are financial companies that do help out there especially to customers who have never fell behind.

  Reliable credit is very professional very nice and kind they know what they're doing I've had several loans with them and been happy with each one. They get you in there, They get your needs met. Very happy with them..

  Do not rely on this company to get a car loan especially dealing with loan manager Judd. He is rude and very unprofessional he will leave you in a bind without a car! I had all hope in the world from a great dealership but due to Judd not having a heart of care that I have to leave a awful situation. I was approved and then he declined me. Broke my heart. So please do not expect anything more from Judd. I'm sure theirs Other people in that Office that CARE about their job and customers instead of just don't a job..

  Never really had the greatest customer service but they're always prompt and I never had to be placed on hold. I will warn others that you can NOT pay 100% towards your principal balance. I paid $1500 and $25 was paid towards interest. Not that big of an amount but I have financed multiple cars before and never have I ever not been able to pay 100% towards principal balance.

  Decent customer service (it's very prompt at least). Unfortunately they love to work with balloon rates and are unwilling to work with the customer in regards to refinancing. I will not be using them on the next car, sorry R.C... The payment process is 4 stars and even 5 stars for their willingness to work with late/different amount payments.. Just not very much concern for the customer unfortunately.

  I'm not too sure what all these negative rewiews are about ppl have to do their job and if the are asking things about certain things it because they have to. I was given the run around with my initial finance and was asked a lot of stuff and was stressed out about it but understanding their job they are extremely good at there job now I have two car financed with them and will be continuing to do business with reliable credit.. I just want to say thanks reliable credit!!!

  I would have to disagree with these negative reviews, I’ve been w this loan company and never seem to have an issue; I’ve always had great cx service and to be honest i would recommend this company. Definitely waiting to work on my next loan with them!
