Josh1This place causes a lot of inconveniences. I don't want to have to wait in the drive thru or go inside because of them shutting down the ATM. I sometimes need quick cash while in a rush and spend more time waiting just to get $20 The staff needs better training. If I gave an account I don't need to be asked who's the money for when I'm getting smaller bills. It's none of your business!!

Brendan Horan1Awful service, cashed a check on a Friday night before a holiday Monday, was told I won't have access to funds until Monday at midnight. Terrible, would have been better to hold onto check and cash it, but ATMs supposedly more convenient. Totally wrong.

James H.1On March 8th 2019 I received my sons income tax check at my residence in Clanton AL. He had recently moved to Milton FL. He asked me to sign his check for him and deposit it in my account. I was informed at my local branch that he had to be present to cash or deposit it since it was a govt. check. I drove the 250 miles to Milton and we went together to bank since I had also endorsed check. We were asked into the office of Wendy Richardson. I explained the situation to her at which point she became very irate and informed me that I was not allowed to sign for him. She went on to berate me in front of my son and made me feel like a criminal. She then spoke to another lady in other office and informed me I would have to use 3rd party system to cash check and not deposit it. She was very rude and unprofessional. We both had Ids . She asked my son for his signature to compare. If there was a problem depositing check, why was there no problem cashing it and charging my son nearly $75 dollars to do so? I have had a regions checking account for years. She needs customer service retraining, at the least, and possibly anger management, but in my opinion should be terminated immediately. I am sure im not the only person she has demeaned. Thanks. I look forward to hearing back from your company regarding this issue. Update , regions apologized for check cashing fee, but nothing yet on irate employee

Allison Vakarian1Had my fiance deposit my check into his checking account before 8pm so it wouldn't take all night to finally show up, and wouldn't you know - It still hasn't shown up. If it's not going to show because it's Sunday, wow! Just complete BS. 99% of people on payday would like to have their money! I'll definitely get my own account at a different bank.

docbanuelos1They only have 1 ATM machine that is always having problems for 2 years. I have complained multiple times with no improvements. The staff in the local bank make an effort. But there corporate do nothing. I always have to drive to another Regions when this is closest.

Marques 'Red' Redding2Okay... 5 stars to the super friendly people that work there! a big "0" stars for the insanity of the hours. Hey "regions" stay open till 6 (people work till 5...seen the traffic on 90 at 5? and because you close at 4:30 (insane) people still have their check saturday...but guess what? You're closed saturday too! keep the drive thru open till 6 during the week (6:30 on friday) and you're customers will be happy. BUT do that AND open the drive thru saturday from 10-2 and you became a super bank! but your hours now look suspiciously as though you're closing to avoid business. thumbs down!!!!
