  Ricardo Z. (Ricky) he’s very professional and nice. Helped me opening my bank account, provided me with best service, very informative he answered all my questions, walked me through the whole processes. Also the location is very convenience and staff are friendly.

  I don’t have an account here but was able to get in super quick to get some things notarized for free. All the staff I talked to was super helpful and friendly!

  This "bank" is a joke! You call their 800 number, they'll put you on hold until you give up and hang up. No one would ever answer. I called this branch where we opened the account at, after ringing for minutes, and calling multiple times, someone picked up! She sounded like I just woke her up, and then she "mistakenly" hung up on me. I called again, she said her system was not up yet! And that's at 10am?!! She took my number to call me back. It's an hour and apparently her system is not up yet. I'm closing this account today. I bet their system is very insecure and I can expect a lot of damages to our money and credit. BS.

  This location is new so I was a little skeptical to visit because I did not want to deal with rookies but I am extremely happy I decided to go anyways. The staff here is very professional, knowledgeable, and very willing to help. The manager went out of her way to help me with my issue. In fact, I was told by regions 1800 customer service that my issue could not be resolved. Please tell me why the manager at this location had the issue fixed with a snap of a finger. This may be the best Regions in all of Houston. Hidden Gem!

  My very first transaction was treated has a fraud and my debit card was blocked on the same day and even with the proof they still haven’t done anything to change it. One of my mistakes in 2021.... And they really don’t help you in your problems in fact they are to it.

  Ricky Zepeda is disrespectful, he is a man who does not even look the customers in the eye, I went to open an account because they had spoken to me wonderfully about the staff and the attention, but nothing to see, I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT
