  The Katy office has a truly phenomenal staff. I have been a customer for several years and started at a different branch, but was so thankful they opened this location. Part of the reason I still use them for banking is the staff. Bree Sonnier and Connie are customer service pros! They go the extra mile in helping customers feel welcomed and they really are what make Advancial a great credit union. They both need a raise! Haha

  Paid off my car loan last December for 2015 Toyota Sienna but still have not receive my car title as of today. They told me they sent it to me sometime last January but I didn't receive anything. Now I was told I have to go to DPS or DMV to get a copy of the title. Not sure if this has happened to others as well or this is really how things go. This is supposed to be my first car title after a couple of other car loans and almost 10 years with Advancial.

  I really love banking here. The staff is great and always willing to help. I only have one issue and that is simply the night drop. I wish the staff would check it every morning, consistently, as I'm told that they do. Twice now I've had an issue.

  Advancial Credit Union is the best institution I have had the privilege to deal with for many years. This credit union has the most helpful, professional staff that demonstrates great concern for meeting the needs of their members.

  Love the new Advancial in Katy! Been an Advancial member for over 10 years. I have experienced banking at over 5 Advancial locations across 2 states(Texas and Louisiana). By far my best experience has been at the Katy location. The location is very clean and a great play area for kids to entertain themselves. The Service Reps are incredibly personable and friendly. Everyone welcomes me by name when I walk in and I am always treated with a high degree of professionalism. Advancial is an excellent credit union and they have step up their game with the new Katy location!

  Have been with Advancial for 20 years and am always reminded why I remain a member. This week the Katy staff were so helpful in making sure I was able to complete my remote transaction, which allowed me to better practice social distancing during the pandemic. And although CD rates are currently declining everywhere, I've not found higher rates anywhere.

  I worked with Yolanda for financing on my car, and she was such a pleasure! She was so easy to work with, super disciplined and always quick to respond. I highly recommend them and especially Yolanda!

  We've been banking with Advancial for a long time now, and we're very thankful to have this location in Katy. Unfortunately, the staff is not very friendly unlike the location we used to go to in West Houston. Kind of feels like they're doing you a favor sometimes by servicing your needs. I had one guy (bigger guy with attitude) yesterday who was totally unwilling to work with me on a problem I had when I went through the drive-thru. Really seems like they'd want to do everything they can to help their customers.

  Have been with Advancial for years and with their predecessors. Great services. The new branch location in Katy has been open for some time now and is a great addition. Personnel are always friendly and very helpful. I have never had to wait more than a minute before I talked to someone.

  As soon as I walk in I’m greeted by security. Lines aren’t long but when they are, they still smile and treat every customer with respect. Employees are energetic and friendly. I have no reason to bank anywhere else. Although their ability to transfer to other banks and telephonic customer service could use some help.
