  I had a great experience at Amerant ,Katy branch. The staff were tremendously friendly and helpful. Brenda, made sure I understood everything about my account and how I could fully take advantage of all the offers featured. Brenda and the staff didn't mind staying behind as I did get to their office about 15-20 minutes before closing. I was very impressed and glad I went in person.

  Loved my experience with Amerant and Brenda Costilla. She was a great help in getting set up with an account quickly, super responsive to questions and very friendly. I highly recommend working with Brenda, she goes above an beyond to make sure you are a satisfied customer. You'll never get that experience at a big bank.

  I love my Amerant bank account! I use the features on the app right on my phone, and I can log in with just my fingerprint. Super Easy! Brenda Costilla is my personal banker that helped me set up the account and all the alerts on my phone. She's the best!

  Dealing with bankers can be traumatic, I am pleased to say that this does not happen here, Brenda is a wonderful person, she makes things so easy, she explains very well, she is also a good counselor. If you want a great Banker, come to the Amerant and ask for Brenda, your experience will be completely pleasant.

  Have my personal and business accounts at the Katy Branch. Excellent customer service, knowledgeable and always making sure I am being taken care of when their. Brenda, the manager, is on top of her clients needs, and we are taken care of promptly. Thank you for a great banking experience!

  I love this branch! I came in with my aunt and she opened an account with the manager. I was sitting in the lobby and was listening to the manager interact with my aunt and she has such a fun and bubbly personality, but also very professional. She treated my aunt so kind and asked her twice if she wanted any beverages, just to make sure. All of the staff were very pleasant as well and was very helpful. I will definitely come back to open an account here!!

  I switched to Amerant Bank during the COVID-19 pandemic when my bank that I banked with for 18 years all most cost me my business by dragging their feet with the PPP loan. Luckily I know Brenda Costilla From the Katy branch in with in two weeks she was able to get me the loan. She saved my business. Thank You Brenda
