  going to have to share or vent. had an appointment to open a new account today at 315 took a wrong turn and got there 318 . the teller said the person I was to meet with just stepped out and it would be just a moment. after a 30 min. wait I was a bit ticked. my money wouldn't be allowed to be late and safe with this bank. no excuses please!!! maybe that's why this bank gets less than 3 stars. Unexceptable.

  ATM deposit will rip you off. Takes 90 days to investigate. Save your time, your money, and interest. Bank with people who aren’t reading from a script. Closing my account ASAP. Won’t hesitate to recommend people away from this company. #ubeenwarned

  I visited this location around 9am on Thursday 10/10/19. There was a older Caucasian lady with short hair in the drive thru. She was the rudest and had the worst customer service. I sat in the drive thru for at least 5 mins after pressing the call button twice with no response. There was only one person in the drive thru at the first window. She finally answered & said, “yes Can I help you?” With the nastiest attitude. I told her I needed a withdrawal slip. With an attitude she said, “and is that for checking, savings or money market?” While moving her head back & forth. Why are you in customer service you’re goin to act like that? By the time I received the slips, another person pulled up and she greeted them so politely “hi good morning, How can I help you?” While waiting for slips, she took the car that pulled up after me, before me. I pulled off and went to another one. I will be reporting her!

  Had an amazing experience. Very brief, but memorable! Everyone was so kind and had the atmosphere of family. I really hope the regions near me has the same feel and amazing smiling faces. GET REGIONS!!! SAVE or SPEND just get regions ;)

  Ben the only 1 in line for over a hr just to cash a check slowest bank I've ever ben to!

  Very bad experience I got bunch of change n when I asked for bag than she refused to give me a bag bt usually they asked me for that n today she said no. Most of the associates are mean n rude.
