      I have been a member of TVFCU for many many years. To me this is the best relationship I’ve ever had before with any institution I have banked it. They are very friendly and helpful in any type of situation you may come across. Myself, I would not bank at any other place. Thank you TVFCU.

      TVFCU has decided to basically destroy its costumer service and care by going completely 'digital '. You go inside and are now told to go a 'screen ' and wait digitally in a line for someone to come on the screen..🤡🤡 and if you want to open an account or get a loan.. you Also go talk "another screen"🤡 it's ridiculous and highly disrespectful to costumer, it's also not efficient for the computer person still needs a physical person to do things...

      I paid my vehicle off on the 10th to sell it. The loan wasn’t closed out until the 16th. I spoke to Beverly who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Kept telling me if I paid with a check it would take longer to process even though I told her twice I paid with cash. Very disappointed in this experience as I have an unsellable car collecting dust from others negligence and received no help tracking the progress of the Title I have been waiting on for almost 2 weeks.

      I've been a very happy customer since 2011 when I fled from a "big bank". Never had anything but excellent customer service with a smile. They really do make everything very easy. I purchased a car 6 months ago and immediately after purchasing thought I should have asked them about financing. So I stopped by the branch and within 45 minutes had my car refinanced through them for a lower interest rate. It's so easy to make a car payment as well, it shows as just another account on my app and I can transfer funds to it as easily as transferring money from checking to savings. Love, love, love TVFCU.

      TVFCU has gone from having the best customer service to the worst I have ever experienced. The changes made due to Covid now seem to be permanent. I have been a customer for 16 years but that will end as soon as I pay off my second mortgage. I have had two calls this week about a late payment on a loan and both times was given a number to call back that does not work. When I called the number on the web site there is no option to speak to a live person. Found out today that the payment in question that was due on May 9th was made May 7. Because there is no way to reach a represenative I had to make a special trip to get this resolved. The video tellers do not know what they are doing. It took 15 minutes last Friday to make a deposit because the check was $9000.00. Will be finding a place with humans asap.

      My experience trying to get a loan for a 2nd home was not good. I have a 790 credit score, so it's not like I'm a low credit person complaining that they can't qualify. Linda Wright told me on the phone, Saturday, March 27th, that they offered a no down payment 2nd home mortgage, over the phone and these calls are recorded for training purposes, you've all heard that. I talked to her, on the phone 2 or 3 other times about it, then decided to apply. She pulls my credit and I'm pre-approved. Then, she sends me an email retracting her earlier statement and now says this loan requires a 5% down payment. I talked to her supervisor, his boss decides they aren't going to honor what she said, of course they did not pull the phone conversations that they recorded. Moral of the story, don't believe anything they tell you over the phone, you can have zero confidence in that. Get EVERYTHING in writing.

      I have banked here for 11+years, until today I've had no issues with this bank. I called to ask if they were still notarizing documents (since covid and all..) they said yes. Well just to inform everyone.. they do not notarize official government documents for the State of Tennessee. The lady disappeared to a back room for over 20 minutes. I was very displeased with this, as these documents had very sensitive/protected information on them. After another teller question if I've been helped and went to investigate, the original lady finally came back. She said that the bank will not notarize official government documents. Maybe they should tell people this on their website or over the phone when they call?

      We had a terrible experience with TVFCU. We paid our car loan off and they totally dropped the ball with our title. Which I totally get people mess up but they were so rude about it and did not help us with fixing it at all. Hannah who works there is extremely rude. No customer service at all. Will never use them again. If I could give them no stars I would.

      No help for anything finally get on the phone to be on hold for 20 plus mins. Go to store in person to dispute a claim on my card and was told have to call on the card services. Would not recommend to anyone now out money that was not my charge. Anyone who reads this good luck in customer service as this branch and company does not have any.

      Melanie at the Hixson branch went above and beyond to make my life just a little easier. I truly appreciate it. I came from Bank of America about a year ago after moving to Chattanooga and will never go back to a big bank.
