Regions Bank Reviews

Zack Salter1This is the only regions bank that I've ever had any issues with the teller. I went to make a deposit, but I did not have exact change to match the amount of cash being deposited. He told me that he could not give change back on corporate deposits. Every other regions that I've made company deposits with has been able to give change back; so, it makes me think he doesn't know how to operate the drive thru by himself, or wants to make things more difficult than they should be for your customers.

Tracey Benton1This use to be my go to bank and the customer service was awesome. I am no longer a customer and called today because I am needing transaction history for my accounts for 2017-2020 - The first girl just pretty much lied to me!! if you don't want to help me then get someone else on the line . She asked me for the last four digits of the account number . I gave her what was in my work profile at my employer . She said no none of the numbers were showing that I gave her. I got off the phone and reached out to my payroll dept. who confirmed that the two accounts that I gave her with the last four digits were Region accounts. I then called back spoke with Jasmine from Birmingham who was AWESOME . She told me what they could do an transferred me to a girl who appeared to be helping me but then told me the dates I am requesting are not available. I told her I didn't understand that because if they keep them for 7 years why would 2017-2020 not be available . She then thought about what she said and then stated I think I misunderstood you, I think I can do it and asked me to hold , then disconnected the line . Unbelievable and obvious there is a practice of this going on because it happened within 1 hour and 30 mins of being on the phone with the customer service dept. One being untruthful and the other disconnecting because either she didn't know how or didn't want to I think they are picking and choosing the easiest to complete- The Quality Assurance dept. need to get on their job -and listen to those calls

Hilary Cherry1Worst experience at a Regions bank ever. I have been with regions for 25 years and this branch is the WORST. I now drive across town to other branches so I don’t have to deal with rude behavior from this one. I HIGHLY recommend you all use another branch. They are unhelpful and have told me they “can’t do” whatever I am asking them to do while every other branch that I go to will. I can’t stand this branch!
Response from the ownerWe're sorry to hear that this was your experience! Our team would like to review these details. Please send us an email to [email protected] and we can call you. -Ana

Laurie Bader1If I can get this Branch less than one star I would. Drive-thru teller was extremely rude. Perhaps he needs to find a job not working with the public. This particular branch has been getting 1-star rating for years apparently they do not care about quality customer service

jerricka pinson1I recently visited this bank and received the worst experience ever at regions bank!!! First I pulled up to the outside window and there were two women working Ms. Brenda was the rudest. I sat there for about 5 minutes waiting and noticed the other lady sitting at the computer trying to avoid eye contact! When I knocked on the glass Ms.Brenda can to the window and I asked her why the other banker could not greet us or simply acknowledge me to give me a withdrawal form? And she replied she was busy (but it clearly takes two seconds to greet a customer) that was the first issue. The second issue occurred when it was time for me to do my withdrawal after I had spoken with her about my concern with her customer service skills (12 minutes now and I am the only car) Ms. Brenda claims her systems are acting crazy, but they where fine on the first two cars that left 5 minutes before me. The moral of the story is the bank has the worst customer service in Regions and then instead of fixing the problem the banker got mad (moved slower and lied on the machine)which led to me waiting a whole 20 minutes to make an withdrawal (still being the only car there). Please do better Regions

Ryn Dickenson3This location is a glorified ATM, but you don't know that unless you're from the area (I'm new) or go all the way to the door. If you just need to make a deposit/withdrawal this place is fine but for anything else, it's useless.
