  Just waited 45 minutes to not get my check cashed. The guy at the counter ripped the check at the wrong space to where the routing number was a little bit under the line. They made the mistake, called the finance company and explained what happened, they still won't fix it and want me to get another check. Now I'm late for work, don't have the money I should have for Christmas, and have to go back to the other side of town to hopefully get a new check. Absolutely no reason this should have happened or taken this long.

  i wanted to pick up a money gram and Justin informed me advance financial only does western union. He apologized about the situation and gave me directions so i could get my money because i wasn’t familiar with that area. He went out of his way to help me he was great.
