  We worked with Andy Chelton. He was awesome. He worked with us every step of the way, even finding us an awesome realtor. He responded very quickly to any questions we had. He got us to closing without any issues. Honestly, he made the whole process less stressful. I’m definitely going to be recommend him and First Choice Lending to others.   Randy helped us when we originally purchased our home in 2017 and was even better with our refinance! He was able to get us a much better interest rate and lower monthly payment and the best part is he reached out to us! We had been discussing refinancing but hadn't pulled the trigger but when we got his email we knew it was the right time. I will always recommend Randy Carie!

  Before I met Larry and the team at First Choice Lending Services, I was frustrated with the whole mortgage process. I had been pre approved with another company that when it came down to it, didn’t offer the kind of loan I was looking for. And I started to feel pressure to just buy anything. I saw an ad for First Choice Lending Services because I was looking to do a 203k loan. From the start the process was different because I never felt any pressure or concern about the way they did business or who I was giving my personal information to. Larry was helpful in making decisions and answering questions but more importantly he was always accessible. There was never a time when we needed him that he wasn’t there for us (even when he broke his leg). From start to finish working with our realtor and the lender Larry made the process easy. If I had questions he wouldn’t stop until he got an answer and I can’t think of a single time I had to remind him to get anything done. When we closed, my wife looked at me and said “man you’re going to miss talking to Larry”. I’m not one of those people who gives glowing reviews to everyone in fact this is my first time giving an online review. But we really appreciate the team at First Choice Lending Services and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy a home.

  I worked with Jeff on our first home purchase. Jeff was extremely responsive and put up with all of my questions and confusion with grace at any time of the day via email, phone, text. He knew when it made sense to speak over the phone vs a text to make sure nothing was lost in translation. Truly I can’t imagine a better first home buying process!

  I worked with Randy since the start of my process of purchasing my home. Since the beginning, Randy was on top of things. He was always willing to answer my questions or get back to me if he didn't know the answer to it at that moment. Every time I needed a new document or form filled out he made it easy for me to do through emails. The closing almost didn't happen on the day it was supposed to but thanks to Randy going above and beyond it was possible. Thanks First Choice and thank you Randy.
