Mykal P5I originally wanted to make a withdrawal from the new electronic tellers they installed outside, but chose to go inside because I wanted certain denominations. Every time I go into the bank the staff and service is excellent! A transfer from the Mount Juliet branch named Regina helped me today. She was incredibly professional, sweet, and cautious; gave me tons of knowledge on how to use the electronic teller outside next time if I wanted. Fast service and great bank you can trust!

melia johnson2I applied to open a checking & savings online. Provided all necessary identification and requested documents. Set up for a $1500 deposit made via EFT from my current savings. A few days later I receive an email stating I must apply in person with no explanation as to the cause. After reading these reviews I clearly dodged a bullet. I’ll just stay where I’ve been for the previous two decades.

bauci johnson1VERY RUDE BANK MANAGER!!! ive been at this bank for 20 plus years and never have i been treated so rudely. I fear that the quality of banking here will keep slacking because of bad leadership. All of the tellers etc where easy to talk to. Surprisingly it was the MANAGER that had the bad attitude. This MANAGER needs a reality check and better people skills.

Alan Collins11st of all I bank here over 20 years.... 2nd if the bank had a direct phone line This could have been solved...3rd.Online says that the office hours are open until 5:00 p.m. I drove there for the coin machine and there are signs on the door that had cobwebs on them that says drive-through only if you can't update your online service hrs since covid started in March and I drove over there to get my change turned in didn't get it done so I lost money and time and waited at home for the bank to open at 9:00 a.m. so I had to use change in a coin star and that blew 20 bucks of the money I had Saved up....I am moving all of my banking to Chase. Losers Ever since they put up the video tellers....

Lucki Me502/12/21 -Opened an account online, I went to the location to show proof of identity. Service was great!! I was greeted upon entry, the representative was very efficient, and everyone was polite. They offered me a beverage while there as well.

Drea Wiggins1If there were 0 stars I would give them that. Ascend use to be good a few years ago but now they are money hungry salvages. They charge you for latterly everything even taking your money out! I was charge 2 overdraft fees even though I had the money in my checkpoints account but not in my saving. There excise was because saving doesn't have overdraft protection 🙄 but all they had to do was use the money in my checkpoints account! I've been with them for like 6 years and I'm leaving to go to somewhere better. I already have an account with BCU credit union & I love them so much! I'm not the only person Ascend has scammed either know several people. I'm taking my money & service where I am appreciated. Do yourself a favor and please don't start a account with them. I'm not saying this out of hate just out of concern.

Juke Chanthavong1I deposited check $500 on Wednesday today is 1.8.2021 Monday the money STILL not show up in my checking account WFT this bankster likes to held people money hostage. There process department is so screwed up slow🐢 moving🐌.

Bethany Susanne Mcgowan5The ATM'S used to be really slow. They obviously have updated the systems because they're more time efficient. Every second I'm sitting there I'm watching my surroundings. So the quicker the process, there's less time to be a Robbery victim.
