  I went in to get my sister an account under my name , he sees that my account is in negative he made jokes about it , was going on & on about it for 15 min . Very embarrassed. & I will not be back . Somethings are not meant to be said his name is Dennis by the way

  I go here daily, and let me just say the whole staff is a pleasure to interact with on a daily basis. They are also able to get any problems you may encounter fixed immediately. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I am happy to call this Regions my bank. Tatiana and Kasey are the best

  Left me on hold forever, hung up on me, took forever to get my my information, and kinda slow people. Would not recommend being on the phone at all with anyone here.
