  Nakiyia was a very enjoyable person to deal with, She made my visit short and sweet. She explained everything very well, she made sure that I was comfortable with everything. What was even more shocking. She became very relatable and also gave me words of encouragement explaining that we all go through tough times but thankfully there's services like first financial to help out in times of need . Would definitely come back again and recommend others

  1’st Franklin Troy provides excellent customer service and I am always greeted from a friendly staff. They have gone out of their way for me many time or that’s at least how I feel about it. They always say they are just doing there job. Wonderful people work in the Troy office.
