  the ladies are "Awesome " at this office! Great personality and always professional! Very nice. The 5 years I have been with regional have all been good years ! Very caring, courteous., and always have made me happy, with their great professionalism. They are the best!

  If I could give zero stars I would!! Staff is so incompetent specially the assistant manager, Denise Carranza! She is rude and does not know how to do customer service. I was asking for a small loan not for free money and my application just kept on getting stalled. She acts like she gets the money out of her pocket. Regional finance was recommended from a friend, but after this experience I rather sale something than to deal with them!!

  Custom service was AMAZING I came in applied for a loan Denise took my application and the manger came and help I wasn’t approved, but I was overall improved with the office and once my credit score has be improved and I need an loan I will for surely come back and work with this office again...

  The workers here have no idea what they are doing. Management should pay better attention to the people they choose to work here. More mints or gum would help the lingering odors.
