  was in there a couple months back , blonde lady manager was very un helpful with helping a senior citizen with there banking needs. at a certain point just flat out ignored the customer. we got up and went to the one off bowen.

  They never have enough tellers open, the drive through is closed on Sat and the line is litteraly always out the door. Nice tellers just plan to spend 20-30 extra minutes if you go on a Saturday!

  Incompetent staff that do not understand the law in the slightest. Refused to convert a Bank of America-issued check to a cashier's check or cash it in the presence of a payee's attorney-in-fact with proper documentation. Refused to open an account in the presence of an attorney-in-fact with proper documentation. Never answered why they were unable to, and said they needed my bed-bound paraplegic father to somehow come in person. That's the legal purpose of a durable power of attorney, to serve as a stand-in as if the principal/grantor themselves were present and under no disability. They could have pretended to have some problem with the document itself, but didn't even consider looking at it. It is clear this branch has instituted a lazy and irresponsible blanket policy to refuse to honor a power of attorney. Because of the ridiculous experience I had at this branch on March 13, 2018 at about 3 PM, I will be closing my accounts at Bank of America and refusing to do any future business with them.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. They have 1 window open in drive through and 1 bank teller inside. The wait is absolutely ridiculous. Something needs to change. Or I will have to change who I bank with. This is the only bank of America in this area.

  Friday’s at this bank there is one teller! Why? I have been waiting for 30 minutes on a process I was advised would take 10! There are others that came after me that have already been helped. Not a good impression and I just want to open an account smh

  The worst bank ever. The branch manager is always directing the line incorrectly, by allowing others to get in front of you or not allowing you to get in line, all the while people off the street walking in and hop in line when you could've got in line. Plus, the branch managers attitude is rude! Stay away from this bank.

  There was a woman named Ofelia Valadez who wanted to get rid of customers. I am Iranian so when I asked her 'why do we need to come to bank of america and give you our passport and residency documents and also Wells Fargo bank do not do this to its customers', she said put your money wherever you are happy. Although, she took care of my stuff but this kind of behavior is not appropriate.

  Worst banking experience ever. Went there all ATMs were down. 4 employee walking around while one was taking a costumers had to wait more than 1 hour for cash deposit.

  Working in here just walking around, not doing anything.. they are only convenient for themselves instead of the customers..

  Great customer service each time!! Very inspirational and positive banker that works here as well. The branch manager is awesome. Great Customer service is no problem here!!
