  Go to these guys first before any cash america or first cash. If you understand the pawn process you will know they are above the rest as soon as you walk through the door. You can tell they take pride in the merchandise by the way it is displayed. All the negative reviews are from a lack of understanding of what it takes to resale used products. If they don’t give you what you want it’s because of their experience and nothing personal. If you sell on Craigslist and eBay for any significant amount of time you will respect and appreciate these guys.

  After going to 4 different pawn shops,this one by far was the best! All the pawn shops were very empty,we could not find the Allen sets we were looking for and no one would talk to us.once we walked in here,it was full and very friendly! They asked several times if we needed help and was able to find what we needed! Will definitely be coming here again!

  My experiences at this location are always great!! Most often, the owner takes care of me himself. They have great products and give great deals! I recently purchased a handgun from them and the owner was very diligent with the service. He made sure he knew what I was getting. I’ll be purchasing all of my 2nd hand laptops and computers for my office there, also.

  Tommy was very rude he said he was the manager I want the owner to contact me ASAP because no customer should be treated they way I was if I ran a business the way tommy does I would be broke and in the street how did he become a manager he was very rude and not helpful at all I can’t begin to describe how rude he was I will never be back to this location ever again I hope the owner see this and contact me asap I would give negative stars but you cant

  Went in yesterday to try and sale my Sennheiser e 835 microphone a pretty good quality mic, the man only offered me $10.00 and refused to pay me anything more, what an insult. Took it over to guitar center instead and ended up getting way more. The guy at the pawn shop must not know much about music or studio equipment. Also their products are very limited,hardly anything good. I understand a pawn shop is the last resort for people trying to sale their stuff when in need of money...but $10.00 for a good quality microphone? COME ON NOW that's just trying to rip someone off! You know if I would of sold it to him he would of ended up selling it to someone else for $50.00-$60.00! Straight jack move man!

  Love this place! Everytime I come here Tony the manager is so informative and helpful. Shawna let me know what I needed to so I stopped by......Everytime no disappointment! Definitely a returning customer 😊 plus my son is happy with his new bike😁

  As someone who has given this establishment several chances and opportunities I feel it’s only right to educate people. I have received nothing but the worst service and prices every time I walk through those doors. I recommend the Cash Pawn America a few blocks down from this establishment.
