Claudia was very knowledgeable and helpful to get my needs taken care of, and she was super nice and personable as well. I will definitely come back to this branch for further needs!

Sheryl Wood1Huge disappointment. Drove out of my way only to find out, after waiting nearly 15 minutes, I cannot transact the business I needed to because ATM location only. Just moved to Arlington from Hurst area only to be told I need to drive back to where I moved from to take care of my banking business. I have been a Capital One customer for over 15 years. Bank accounts, Bill Pay and loans. Open more Arlington Branches and with people.

Shon1This is not a bank. It should get 5 stars for being the largest ATM! It's really happening... Machines are replacing people. And the few people that are at this location are not genuinely friendly. In my opinion, they have become immuned to the disappointed reactions they receive from the public on a daily basis. Which has resulted in stone faces and cold hearts. They're like "we don't do that here, now go somewhere else." Geesh, I am 5 minutes from there but will absolutely go somewhere else !

Truly it’s a big building that holds ATM’s! Capital One please leave Arlington. You are a complete waste of space! Also, do everyone a favor and delete your google locations it’s confusing to call yourself a branch. You’ve wasted my time and gas with your foolery!

Tawanna Burch5Before this bank went digital (which I know is through no fault of their own) It was my favorite location and I never went anywhere else. I am military and they have been so friendly and personable. Even when it did go digital, the staff was.still amazing to the best of their abilities but I haven't been back since they did. Sorry C1. I will most likely find another facility But cudos to this location just the same!

Mitchell Knott1Avoid, avoid, avoid. This is a “tele” location, not a “full service” location, meaning anything relating to money (withdrawal, cash or make a check, deposit, even pay a bill) cannot be done here. In addition, the wait times are extended. Unless it’s a good day, the time spent driving to a “full service” location will be better spent than coming here and waiting 30 minutes before being told this place can’t do that for you. It’s a hecking miracle this is called a “bank.” It’s effectively a customer service location.

Courtney Smith1Went there last night to the atm to do a deposit it took all my cash and card not even completing the transaction and the atm screen shut completely down. I had to call customer service they filed a ticket and said it will take a few days to verify. Hopefully the atm cameras work because what if the atm spit my card and cash out.

Tram Tran2This bank is basically uselesd. They had a drive thru but took it away, doesn't have a coin machine or cash out bonds. You would think they would offer these basic function since this is the only location in Arlington but they don't. The lobby also opens late, they open it after 9. Very frustrating. I don't understand why there's so many people working inside when there's no drive thru.

Keep in mind, just 7.98 miles away we have our Full Service Colleyville branch location (3907 Colleyville Blvd, Colleyville, TX 76034) and the team is available inside our lobby from 9AM to 5PM Mon-Thurs, 9AM to 6PM Friday and 9AM to 1PM Saturday. Looking for a drive up approach to banking? No problem, our Full Service locations are still sporting a drive thru with hours of 8AM to 6PM Mon- Fri and 9AM to 1PM on Saturdays. Prince Prinmma1Horrible service. What's the point of having a branch at a location if it CAN'T OFFER services. Drove 10mins & Waited JUST to be told to go to Colleyville. Branch has no courtesy & Reps. FYI, just close the location OR make it a FULL SERVICE branch + Resolving Customer issues. Customers bank with a bank due to several factors including #Conveniences & #Location.

Jeffery Oliver1the phone rep used the credit card I was paying for as the account number and of course the payment was returned. After I contacted capital one and gave the correct info and the payment went through, they closed my account! So in short, they closed my account due to one of their employees errors. Highly unprofessional and just plain wrong. I will be closing my account once they have reviewed and reopened it.
