  Regional Credit union is very good place, but needs to update there website to include Credit card services for payments and more atms that doesn't charge a fee

  Mr. Dickerson our free ATMs are located under the learn tab and location and hours sub directory of the website. However, we are always looking for ways to improve our service. I will take this comment to our leadership team. As for credit card services all payments are made through online banking for security purposes. Is there is a product that you have specifically in mind? Please share. Thank you for your comments as we are always trying to be better.

  Vanessa is super dope. I went in yesterday to get some adjustments made to my account in regards to an automatic account transfer and she stopped what she was working on to help me out and ensure my experience was dope. Hopefully they can continue to hire employees like her.

  NEVER ANSWERS PHONE!!!!! goes straight to voice mail in an emergency. I highly recommend for nobody to come to this bank because they'll leave you holding up a line because your card was FROZEN. pretty sure they were ignoring it purposely seeing how it was not busy when i drove by

  Public information online is rarely updated to reflect closings, no free atm for members, frequently crediting my account erroneously for a credit card company I do not use or mistakenly crediting my account thinking I am another member. Plus, they have no bank envelopes. Lastly, screaming your account number over the intercom in drive up is a security breach which is how drive-up associates request access to your account.

  Been banking here for a really long time its always a great atmosphere, very knowledgeable people working....plus they always remember my name! I sometimes go a while without going there but there's a smiling face to greet me every time. They helped me buy my first motorcycle many moons ago that eventually got me to buying a home and owning several cars now. such a great place to bank I will continue to have an account here no matter what.

  This place is garbage. They will cut your debit card off without even a call to tell you why. And since it was a Sunday I couldn't get ahold of anyone to fix it. Just barely made it home on the fumes in my gas tank. I had this happen to me many times. Do not recommend doing business with this establishment. They are stuck in the early 20th century with the way they do things.

  We take security very serious here at REGIONAL. If our system detects abnormal transactions out of a certain range it attempts to protect our members from falling victim to fraud. We highly recommend let us know when traveling out of the area.

  It’s nothing wrong with the bank but it would be easier to actually have RFCU ATMs around like Chase does. It would make sense due to the fact that it’s like 3 or so locations that are a drive away in any direction you live in.

  Always pleasant and ready to be of service to customers! My dad is currently 83 years old and has been a customer since his early 30's. Not only does my dad hold an active account, but so does my 2 sisters and myself.
